It is the best hotel in Gyumri with the best Alessandra Spa! Strongly recommend to try this Spa - it is fantastic experience.

Attentive staff, cozy rooms, and delicious, varied breakfasts. We sincerely regretted that our stay was only one day. The hotel is located near the central square and the historic center, with many cafes nearby

Angin went above and beyond in helping me through a tough time, she was very patient and provided me with a lot of information on where to take my children and how to navigate the hospital system as a tourist

Nice hotel with classic style rooms. The rooms are spacious. The bed is very comfortable. There is breakfast. Conveniently located between the historical center and the Iron Flower fountain.

Location of hotel is good. Service is not bad. The only thing that I did not like were the toilets as they are too small. And once you take shower all the bathroom is wet.

Rooms without AC, it is a big issue during summer times, the water supply is not constant in the morning, no sound proofing, I can literally hear the guy snoring in the adjacent room.

The bed was good. The room a bit small and if it is hot it is rather difficult To open a Window due To wind flows.

The staff helped a lot with choosing dinner spots and places to visit The built in food court was nice too Just one disclaimer - the athletes are everywhere!!!! I almost was rethinking my decisions of choosing a sport oriented hotel Turns out the hotel regularly hosts them and the lot were so respectful to the old lady that I am!!

At Olympic Hotel in Gyumri, we were welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. We truly appreciated the free conference hall provided, which was a great help for our meeting

The service was alright, nothing significant, rooms were tidy, to the workers all the art in the building seemed to be of a normal kind and didn't think we'd be paying that much attention to the paintings: we even asked for a guidance for the galleries of the town inspired by it

Recently had my friends from Germany stay over in Gyumri for a couple of nights. Didn't think twice to guide them here as some previous colleagues of mine stopped changing hotels after staying in this one

The rooms were normal, in average the quality of the service in town has gotten a lot better throughout all the hotels we've visited. This one stands out with its professional team in the first place

And besides the staff the kitchen was also on another level, nothing close to Michelin service, nothing fancy, but for that price it's more than one could ask for when used to the prices in the US

An excellent hotel for a short stay. The room includes toiletries, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. The hotel offers free sauna and pool access from 8 a. The breakfasts are very filling and delicious

In the off-season, they offer à la carte options instead of the buffet. Please note that this is a duplex room for one person and has a very steep, almost vertical staircase. It may not be suitable for everyone

Really beautiful hotel inside and out. The space outside and some rooms inside can also be rented out to organizations that need the space for celebrations or meetings.

It was very cheap and everything was perfect including breakfast. You can walk everywhere even to the train and bus stations. Thanks trip.com

What a lovely surprise! Our family booked three rooms for two nights and really enjoyed our stay in Gyrumri

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with artwork from local artists plus there are books and other unique items to look at. The buffet breakfast has good variety with both hot and cold options

Excellently well located hotel, just a few minutes on foot from the centre of town where the city hall and the main modern church are and where one finds restaurants at the main square

Everything was clean and cozy, and for the price it was pretty good, not far from the city center. The only issue was with the shower; the water wouldn't drain. Otherwise, it was perfectly fine.

The room is spacious, very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Luxurious shower with massage device in the bathroom. Golden Apricot is a short walk from the railway station

There was a shelf of the liquor to buy, along with honey and jams. We stayed in the larger of the 3 available options and it was so cosy and homey. The apartment is a short walk away (5 mins) from the town

Armine, the wonderful hostess, greeted us with sweets and coffee and made our stay unforgettable with her hospitality. The modern design with tasteful decor made it feel like a boutique experience

At night I found it a little cold (there were x2 electric heaters but I wish the main heating could have been on the whole entire night, not just periodically). Parking wasn’t an issue whatsoever
