Excellent hotel. Attentive staff, cozy rooms, and delicious, varied breakfasts. We sincerely regretted that our stay was only one day. The hotel is located near the central square and the historic center, with many cafes nearby.

We had an excellent stay at Radisson in Gyumri. Everything was perfect, and we would especially like to highlight the work of the reception team — they were always responsive, welcoming, and ready to help with any request. A special mention goes to Angin, the Housekeeping Manager, who assisted us greatly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Employees like her truly make a difference...

Angin, the Housekeeper Manager, helped me out. I needed a pair of heavy cotton trousers cleaned overnight. Though the hotel does not do personal laundry, she personally offered to clean my slacks and delivered them to my room before 8:30 the next morning. I was so relieved! Thank you Angin for making my next days very comfortable.

Nice hotel with classic style rooms. The rooms are spacious. The bed is very comfortable. There is breakfast. Conveniently located between the historical center and the Iron Flower fountain.

Rooms without AC, it is a big issue during summer times, the water supply is not constant in the morning, no sound proofing, I can literally hear the guy snoring in the adjacent room.

The bed was good. The room a bit small and if it is hot it is rather difficult To open a Window due To wind flows.

The impression was spoiled by the fact that the room was cold. It turns out the air conditioning throughout the hotel is set to cooling only; the heating doesn't work. It was a very refreshing night's sleep.

Very clean, comfortable and modern hotel with beautiful and spacious rooms. The beds were very good too, I started waking up with some backpains in other hotels but after a night on this matress the backpain was significantly less! Staff was very attentive too. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Gyumri.

Excellent location, very close to center, it is about 2-3 min walk to the center. We had a great experience. Prime Hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms are very clean, breakfast portion is also great. The beds are very comfortable, my family and I really enjoyed the stay in Prime Hotel Gyumri.

The breakfast was fantastic--fresh fruit, warm foods, a variety of sweets and savoury foods. The brewed coffee was weak, but the rest of the breakfast selection and available juices and teas made up for it. We had no issues with noise disturbances from the busy street outside. This hotel was the exact example of how every building in this town is - outside its very monotone-looking but had just magneficent architecture inside. Didn't think twice to guide them here as some previous colleagues of mine stopped changing hotels after staying in this one. Great location. Economy Single Room is really tiny as seen in the photos. The worst thing is the disgusting semell of sewer coming from the bathroom. I asked to change room and the other one also smelled horrible, so it seems all rooms stink. For the rest, it's good.

The hotel is good, but there are some But.... This is the smell from the sewer, if you keep the door to the bathroom open, the aroma will fill the entire room. Water was not provided. Breakfast is good.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The central location of the hotel allowed to reach within a few minutes the small pedestrian area. There were several restaurants here.

The hotel is located in an artistic courtyard. The single-story building feels good, but the room facilities are relatively simple. It doesn't feel like a hotel, but more like a temporary guesthouse. The cost performance is low.

Our researchers team stayed in this hotel for 6 nights, and we were really satisfied with service welcoming personnel and authentic desighn. The meal was also good. Location is walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in the place. Sow e do recommend this place when you don't have a car to drive around Gyumri. 1 days is enough to explore the city.

This was a repeat stay in this neat hotel, it's 3 storey high, the room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The mattress and pillow comfortable. Although not in the city centre, it's a 10 minute walk to the centre. A decent breakfast was included. A very good quality/price ratio.
