Amazing hotel definitely one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in Armenia! The food was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Syuzi, who helped me organize a surprise for my girlfriend - truly appreciated! The hotel is worth every penny. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Gyumri!

Overall, a highly recommended hotel option in Gyumri. Reception staff is really nice and helpful. Our transfer was running a bit late, and we were allowed to keep the room for an extra hour. A cozy, small hotel near the historic center. The staff is attentive and polite, making every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfasts are filling, though not very varied. I recommend this hotel for short stays.

An excellent hotel in the city center, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Excellent staff, nice rooms, delicious breakfast. The impression was spoiled by the fact that the room was cold. It turns out the air conditioning throughout the hotel is set to cooling only; the heating doesn't work. It was a very refreshing night's sleep.

Very clean, comfortable and modern hotel with beautiful and spacious rooms. The beds were very good too, I started waking up with some backpains in other hotels but after a night on this matress the backpain was significantly less! Staff was very attentive too. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Gyumri.

Excellent location, very close to center, it is about 2-3 min walk to the center. We had a great experience. Prime Hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms are very clean, breakfast portion is also great. The beds are very comfortable, my family and I really enjoyed the stay in Prime Hotel Gyumri.

The breakfast was fantastic--fresh fruit, warm foods, a variety of sweets and savoury foods. The brewed coffee was weak, but the rest of the breakfast selection and available juices and teas made up for it. We had no issues with noise disturbances from the busy street outside. The rooms were well-stocked with extra travel essentials (toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shampoo, shower gel, etc.) as well...

I really enjoyed everything in the hotel - staring from my booking till the checkout. The staff is very helpful and friendly, always ready to solve any guest's problem or answer a question. Old Friend Guesthouse is located in an alley behind Rajkov Street. Even with Google Maps, it's difficult to find because there's no sign. The guesthouse is clean. The photo shows the entrance to the guesthouse.

Excellent guest house. Right next to the central square and a pedestrian street with many cafes and restaurants.

Small hotel near the airport of Gyumri and far from the center. Low price for accommodation, friendly staff. The rooms are heavily smoked. Looked at a choice of several, the same everywhere .. Breakfast is modest, bring to the room. One night to sleep will come down, given the low price.

They were passing through to Gyumri, staying at Vale Hotel. I met a transfer at the airport. They brought to the hotel, settled in a spacious, comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to the host, arranged transport to Tbilisi. We will Gyumri will definitely stay at this hotel again ..

Not the cleanliest hotel out there. The floor pf the hotel room was very dusty. We asked specifically for two separate beds, yet when we entered the room, we had to call them back and ask them to prepare two separate beds which was done in front of us, waiting to just have a rest. Breakfast was nice except for the employees fighting with each other just outside the dining room. Overall, below average...

What a beautiful stay at Armine’s! Armine herself was such a lovely welcoming lady who understood English very well. We were greeted with 2 shots of their homemade rose liquor, sweets and snacks. There was a shelf of the liquor to buy, along with honey and jams. We stayed in the larger of the 3 available options and it was so cosy and homey. My family and I had an amazing stay at Armine's B&B! We take apartments and modern room. The apartments are beautifully styled, cozy, and just as stunning as the photos. Quaint. Just difficult to find. A large sign outside the building would have been reassuring. Armine was very welcoming even though we were very early.

The place is about memories and ghosts. Artush and Raisa have left the scene and went abroad, son Martin took over. We can not compare past and present. But our present impression was not so good compared to the older comments here. Service was average, room in the little house in the garden was fine. Lovely city, and a comfortable place to stay with a friendly and helpful owner. The room was very spacious, and was a great place to rest while I recovered from an intense week. I would definitely stay here again!

Place is hard to find. The B&B is good with nice rooms. The breakfast and diner are generous and therefore far too much and therefore too expensive.

OK in general. Clean Bathroom, Very good Wifi, Polite staff. Dear Owners: Please consider buying new beds and mattresses and of course AC! The Kitchen should be much cleaner. Also, guests should be informed that there is no water in pipes after midnight.
