The hotel was stunning and with absolute great service from the Spa procedures until the facilities which are available such as the gym, billiards table and even a chapel at the top of the hotel. The view and location is perfect for nature enthusiasts with pine trees and mountains at every corner.

The best thing with this hotel room that we had selected was the amazing view over the valley/river, breakfast was good , the receptionist/manager Kristine was very helpful and very welcoming the guests, free car park available walking distance to supermarkets restaurants and the small city center.

I did not stay in this hotel but I visited its beautician Gayan who was excellent. I did Botox with her and it was the best I’ve ever done, and price is so much cheaper than in the US or Europe. She is also trained in other treatment such as bio-revitalisation, threads, fillers as well as regular facials . I highly recommend her if you are in the area.

We came here to have dinner. The stuff was extremely friendly and the dishes were so tasty. There was a large variety of products and quite many salads. We are really happy that there is such a great hotel in Armenia. It would only be nice if swimming pool was a bit bigger.

This hotel is great, the staff is nice, the rooms are clean and warm during winter. The rooms are taken care of. There is also a restourant around the parking area which has the best food, and definitely hits the vibe just hanging out with your friends when there is no one in the restourant and you are drinking tea. Definitely reccomend this hotel to all travelers to Jermuk.

We stayed at this nice guesthouse to discover the sights around Areni. We really like our room with the two singles and one queen bed. A big plus was also the great hospitality by the owners. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious.

We stayed there for two nights. The host was very kind. What I really loved was the delicious food cooked by the mother of the house — definitely worth trying!

Siran Guest House is a perfect place to relax and explore the nearby Noravank Monastery. The owners are lovely; the breakfast is so generous, it's hard to eat lunch, and it's all about excellent food. Dinners with them are also excellent, and the wine is always available. I also had a problem with my drone, and they were kind enough to help me find it and offer a solution to get to Yerevan at the end...

We stayed one night and they were very welcoming. The room and the toilet were clean and there was air conditioning. The food and their homemade wine was delicious! They took us to visit Noravank and they helped us to get a shared shuttle to go back to Yerevan. Plenty of food for breakfast, included. Mersi shat for your hospitality!

The B&B has huge, clean rooms and great breakfast, including homemade jam from the peaches that grow in the front garden. The owners are very friendly and helpful with all my questions. We did not speak the same languages, but conversated a lot using google translate. I loved my stay here.

The hotel has been totally renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. You get a feeling of safety and peace and quiet there. It is impeccably clean, has a gorgeous staircase, a great swimming pool and an excellent restaurant. Our room on the fifth floor had a view of the mountains. I’m currently staying at the Jermuk Moscow Health Resort, and it’s been amazing! The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, the food is delicious and healthy, and there are so many great health procedures to try. Rooms are warm, and are cleaned everyday. Our stay in Armenia was short, but it's worth coming to this hotel for 1-2 weeks. The resort is all-inclusive, the food is healthy, the rooms are spacious. On the first day we had a doctor appointment where he recommended a couple of treatments based on your health issues. The internet is good. Overall we enjoyed the service and the place.

I sent my mother and aunt for 14 days. To say that we are happy is to say nothing. The attitude is wonderful, the food is fresh and homemade. It is a nice place with reasonable price to stay in Jermuk, although it is more of a hospital than a hotel. Beds were small for two people, but rooms were clean and services were good. Breakfast was good and it is near the centre walking of many places. I recommend you do the four by four trip to the mountains.
