The hotel is located within walking distance to the center. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. There is a swimming pool. We did not take breakfast.

Very convenient location, two cognac factories nearby, easy to get to from the airport, central square 10 minutes walk away. Spacious rooms, well furnished

The room is very clean. The hotel is very good. The front desk is very welcoming. The hotel facilities are well-equipped. The bedding is very clean. The hygiene is very good. I will stay in this hotel again next time. It is the best choice for business trips.

The room is great, full of warmth, and feels like home, making people forget to leave. The hotel's appearance is majestic, simple and solemn, with a metropolitan architectural style and low-key luxury. It has a strong ancient charm and a gentle temperament. The artistic conception inside is difficult to describe.

The city is relatively small, even though hotel is not in the center you can get to any part of the city really quick. Subway and taxis are very cheap, also you can just walk, it will take like ~20 minutes to reach the city center. They serve food in "all you can eat" style. The room is spacious, clean, the bed is comfortable, and the front desk lady is attentive. The location is close to the cathedral and shopping mall, and it only takes 20 minutes to walk to the Grand Place.

Not bad location.There is a good food court within a five minute walk. Clear enough room. Very quick check-in/check-out process. But: no cleaning room service; very noisy (road noise, poor sound insulation); sometimes there is no hot water or it is lukewarm, it is impossible to take a shower (we stayed there in winter time); the room smells a bit like sewage; no teapots in the rooms

I came to my Armenia from Russia and and found the Regard Hotel while walking at the Yervand Kochar street, it is the center of our beautiful Yerevan. I walked in and made my reservation directly with the hotel. Very nice and clean hotel, very suitable for even long stays. Comfortable bed, clean towels, bedsheets, every day cleanings. Highly recommended, well done.

Everything is great! The room is beautiful, cozy, looks stylish, large beautiful window. I chose the Regard hotel by Booking and never regret. Rooms are very clean, staff are friendly. Prices reasonable. Boutique hotel has 3 stars, but in the room you have all you need for a pleasant stay, even toothpaste and a brush in the bathroom. If I come again to Yerevan, I'll be there.

The hotel is situated in a good transport accessibility area but slightly aside from a busy roadway which makes it a comfortable place to have rest. The street itself looks quite authentic and fascinating. It takes 5 minutes to get to a far-flung park and Saint Gregory Cathedral, besides, it's 2 minutes away from a popular mall, a market, and a metro station. The room was clean and well maintained...

Convenient transportation, good accessibility. The hotel location is easy to find. Swimming pool available. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and well equipped with coffee, refrigerator, kettle, etc. The hotel provides tour programs. Completely satisfied!

The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic... My English is not very good, and when I encounter problems such as renting a house, the guy will still patiently help me deal with it. Hahahaha.

I chose the hotel by chance, I needed to stay in this area, but I didn't have time to study it thoroughly. In the end, it was better than I could have hoped for. This unremarkable hotel made our stay in Yerevan comfortable and pleasant! Returning in the evenings exhausted from excursions and an abundance of impressions, we simply sank into soft mattresses and comfortable pillows, falling asleep instantly.
