We had quite the amazing experience at this Hotel. It had a mountain view which we weren’t able to enjoy day 1 because of the weather, but wow was the view amazing when the clouds cleared on day 2. Such a great shower and the front desk gave us complimentary wine along with some cheese and chocolates. Such a great stay

Great hotel, very hospitable owner, you can get to the center by taxi or bus. Situated in a quiet area, there is a supermarket nearby. We will be happy to come back and recommend to others.

The service and maintenance are excellent. The hotel facilities are in perfect condition, everything works, everything is clean and atmospheric. Home cooking is prepared at the guest's request.

Excellent clean hotel. Far from the center. But the nature is like in the village and quiet. I liked it. The staff is friendly. Like at home in the family. I recommend. For its price, not bad. The doors and chairs are old but the balcony and the view are mesmerizing

I would definitely recommend this guesthouse. Very friendly staff. The guesthouse allowed us to do early check-in at 6 AM in the morning. The breakfast is served between 9 AM-10:30 AM. However, the caretaker lady kept breakfast for us upon request so that we could wake up late and still enjoy the breakfast. The hotel is 10 km from the city centre. However, the nearest bus stop is just 2 mins of walking...

Bang for buck one of my best hotel stays on my caucusus tour. Clean, wonderfully located .. has a personal vibe to it Never managed to meet the host, who has created a little gem of a guest house as he was holidaying away at the time of my stay yet still managed to resolve an issue for me.. The owner Lusine & her employee Diana (cook & cleaner) are both so lovely and welcoming. They will do anything to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. I stayed in two rooms during the course of my stay and both were spacious, nicely decorated, modern, well-equipped and comfortable. Cost bed and hot shower. Not only a great location, but a welcoming and lovely guesthouse. Room was spacious and impeccably clean. 24 hour access to kitchen with coffee, tea, and treats. Lusine was extremely helpful with special requests. Was one of the many highlights of my time in Yerevan.

This is a small guesthouse with a fairly convenient location that allows you to walk to the center of Yerevan. The room was comfortable and fairly clean. You can use the washing machine in the shared bathroom (there was also a bathroom in the room). The breakfasts were magnificent. This was our first trip to this beautiful country. We were greeted graciously from the door, setting the mood for the entire vacation. This place is amazing, if you are in doubt about booking it just go for it! Simple but comfy and cozy! The host is the best host ever! We arrived very early (8am) and the room was occupied but she let us stay comfortable in the living room and gave us free breakfast!! In a lovely local area with the centre still accessible by foot. Very clean and extremely hospitable! Would definitely recommend.

The staff was always smiling and friendly. The room didn't have a window, so it felt a bit cramped, but it was clean and the towels were fluffy. The location was also convenient, closer to Republic Square.

We stayed from February 4 to February 11, 2024. In the city center, within the Ring Boulevard. Within walking distance of many shops, cafes and restaurants. And many other interesting things - I will not list them. Compact rooms with amenities and very polite staff.

The toilet and shower are on the same floor. There's no heating. The room has gas heating, but the owner refuses to raise the temperature, even if you ask. They only accept cash. It's hard to find. There's a kitchen. Drinking water and candy are provided. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

Friendly hosts, affordable, and you can use the kitchen. The shared bathroom would be fine, but I was unpleasantly surprised that it's a separate building that's constantly ventilated, meaning it's VERY COLD to shower there in the fall. And there's the inconvenience of having to put on shoes and a jacket to go to the bathroom. The bed is a bit "wooden," but it's comfortable. There are shops and a bakery...

There are very few downsides: poor soundproofing from neighbors, old, creaky beds, and difficulty finding the guesthouse itself, especially if it's your first time and late (Maps.me didn't help; there's no sign and no lighting at the entrance). Otherwise, it's a great place where they simply give you the keys to your room and you don't have to worry about anything else.

My friend and I stayed here in the winter of 2017 and really enjoyed the place. It was cozy, conveniently located, and the owner was friendly and responsive to all our requests, even taking us on an excursion to the mountains and Lake Sevan.
