The hotel inside resembles a museum - oriental surroundings, showcases with local drinks and souvenirs. A very big minus is the lack of good internet, and since we were on a business trip, this created inconvenience

They were very considerate and gave me a room facing the Republic Square. I could appreciate the rich history and cultural landscape of Armenia. The clock tower sounded the time on time, which was very warm.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel, but the bathroom is a bit small. There are not many varieties of breakfast but the taste is good

Were on a business trip to work and lived in the hotel for more than a month. Unfortunately, we were not able to fully enjoy the delicacies of the restaurant. It is closed due to the pandemic

The climate in Yerevan is similar to that of Xinjiang, so the fruits are very delicious. The hotel service staff is also very enthusiastic and proactive and does not charge tips

Ask for a tip directly at the coffee bar next to the roadside with a small fountain when you check out

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Alexander in Armenia! From the moment we landed, everything was taken care of — the pickup service from and to the airport was smooth, professional, and set the tone for an amazing trip

From the 6th floor there wasn’t much noise, but if you want a very quiet room then you probably want an Atrium facing room. The pool and sauna is really nice with great city views as well

Thanks for the reception ladies and restaurants waitresses Diana, made us feeling like home. We really really love the gym center and the swimming pool, professional and clean

But they don't have berries! Of course, we didn't understand this, but they took the berries from us. Also, there are a lot of people in the pool, because you can come "from the street" and buy a ticket to the pool

The window in our room overlooked the wall of another building, which you can almost reach with your hand. The pillows and mattress are comfortable. As for the recreation area with the pool

The territory is looked after very well, in the evening they clean the pool area, vacuum, etc. Breakfasts are a solid 5! The room itself is already quite tired

We loved the breakfast buffet, fresh and many choices. We also thank you for the room cleaning ladies, warm and clean

The staff was good. Room was good. I just have a hars time with the property being 5 star. We stayed for 3 days and breakfast was the same.

I would like to separately note the pool, jacuzzi and hamam. There is a beauty salon and spa area, a gym, restaurants and cafes

Pros: location, cascade, park, observation decks on Ararat nearby, good cafes to eat and in the evening you can entertain your child in the park Good spa with indoor pool, the pool is very large, there is a large jacuzzi, an interesting option to lie on sun loungers outside with a view of the park

Rooms were comfortable, however the AC didn't work (on cold setting emitted heat) so we had to open a window. Service was great, pool has salt water and is very clean

The staff is very responsive, when help was needed, they not only explained, but did everything they could and really helped! Delicious breakfasts, cookies and fruits in the lobby

The hotel environment and service are very good, the rooms are clean and tidy, but the location is too remote.

I personally like it and think it is very distinctive, but my fat son complained that the holes are too big and not smooth enough; the sanitary ware is not from the high-end brands generally used by international five-star hotels but a local brand, so the user experience is slightly inferior, which was also complained by my fat son

But even a picky person like him admits that the buffet breakfast is first-rate (the opening hours are 7:30-11:00, which should actually be considered brunch): unlimited salmon; several local hot dishes are changed every day; various dried fruits and fresh fruits are of excellent quality

The hotel is located in the very center. There are many cafes and restaurants around. There is a VTB ATM nearby, which is important for Russian tourists. The hotel itself has nice rooms

This is a local five-star hotel. The walls and floors of the bathroom are made of Armenia's unique beige and pink volcanic rocks

But if the windows overlook the street, it is a bit noisy

However, beyond these points, the experience was disappointing. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve encountered—limited options, low-quality food, and a lack of hygiene in the restaurant itself

The staff at the restaurant did not speak English, and even using a translator didn’t help them understand a basic request for cooked eggs. The location of the hotel is another drawback

At best, I would rate it as a 4-star hotel, or even a fancy 3-star. Starting with the positives, the family room we stayed in was spacious and clean, which was a great relief

If desired, you can use the spa services with a sauna and swimming pool. The location is quite convenient, you can get everywhere on foot

The room was spacious, there was no hairdryer in the room, but it was provided at the reception without any problems. A nice bonus is the sauna with a swimming pool, I took advantage of it and was very pleased

It is very good hotel and Anahit from reception is friendly and nice person. The other workers like Marat, Lilit are very good too. They are very kind and polite. Food are delicious and organic

If you catch a good price, it's very profitable. Breakfasts are good, the gym, swimming pool, sauna are free. The rooms are large, it's comfortable to live.

We stayed at the hotel with a 10-year-old child. We got a room (half of a house) with a huge bed, TV, kettle, free tea and free bottled water

I love to swim here in Winters, water is warm 28°C and the Sauna is good for this season. It has a several pools close and open, also there is Spa center and a Gym. I used the gym, swimming pools and sauna

Specifically, Ofelia at the restaurant went beyond and above what we expected from a normal hospitality. We are definitely going to stay at their beautiful two-story suit in our next visit

I traveled from Iran with my friend and stayed at this hotel for six days. All staff were absolutely friendly, helpful and accommodation was first class

I really like the water area with sauna and jacuzzi, the gym has quite a large selection of exercise machines, overall, everything is great

Staff were very very helpful, friendly and speaks very good english! Rooms are not too fancy but it is clean and comes with a great view of the mountain and the river. Great value for your money!

Great hotel - new, clean, modern! 15 minutes to the city center by taxi. The rooms are spacious, with a beautiful view from the windows! The pool is large, clean, with a comfortable temperature for swimming

The huge pool amazed you with its size and cleanliness of water. It was impossible to resist the temptation to take a dip in the cool waters after a long day

However, the most remarkable thing about this hotel is its staff. All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They constantly strived to help and create a comfortable environment for all guests

The hotel has a nice large gym, a 25m pool and a second 50m outside, there is a spa area

They also ordered safe taxis for me if I needed to go out. The spa is superb with a lovely pool and excellent massages. A lovely stay in difficult circumstances

Hi i was there for 3 nights it was good and clean hotel with good breakfast you need 20 min walk to republic square but you can get back there because of slope of the street getting back is harder

It's about a 20 - 25 minute walk to the centre, but within a 10-minute walk there are plenty of good restaurants, a large supermarket and a metro station which goes directly to Republic Square and it's only 100 AMD for each trip

I found this hotel as it was across the road from the Heratsi hospital in Yerevan. My partner had been admitted to the hospital after a heart attack

Actually the place is rather gud but the stuff is not organised. On Vardavar there is no place but the entrance is open . In fact many viaitors have no place to leave their stuff((((((

The pool and souna are very small but semi private as rarely other people use it. The price was very good for the services offered

Excellent 4* hotel on the outskirts of the city. Great service, friendly staff, nice room, delicious food and a nice sauna. + Tours with driver Daniel loved it and managing Hovhannes quickly helped to resolve all issues)

Owner very nice and friendly, took good care of us and accommodate all our requests. The hotel is far from center but taxi is not expensive. We had our own driver with van so was not a problem
