⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended!

We had an amazing stay, and what truly made it special were the wonderful hosts, Robert and Eric. They went above and beyond to ensure our little family had a comfortable, memorable experience.

We stayed in January 2026, when the weather was extremely cold with snow everywhere, yet the apartment was perfectly heated and cozy, giving us wonderfully comfortable nights of sleep. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: umbrellas, shoe shine kit, shower sponges, shower gel, shampoo, slippers, dental kits, bathrobes, three TVs, very high-speed internet, a full kitchen with all utensils, a microwave, two mini fridges, and even a washing machine.

Cleanliness deserves special mention — the apartment was spotless, fresh, and felt brand new.

The location is outstanding, very close to everything, including Republic Square, with many restaurants nearby and taxis always easy to find.

Robert and Eric were incredibly helpful in organizing tours outside of Yerevan to the most popular attractions. They even made sure we had a taxi to the airport and kindly extended our checkout time to match our flight schedule.

Honestly, we couldn’t have wished for more. We were extremely happy and satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Robert and Eric, for everything you did for us. We wish you both continued success and hope to return again someday.

The place is amazing. Located at the center of the city. You are close to everywhere. The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to Mr. Robert that made our stay very memorable 🙏

Our family spent the Christmas holidays at Avenue ApartHotel and had a fantastic experience! The hotel is clean, conveniently located near all the main attractions. The staff's hospitality truly stood out, and we felt well cared for throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Robert for his exceptional help - when we forgot our Ipad, he ensured it was securely delivered back to us. Such thoughtful service made our holiday even more memorable. I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Yerevan, thanks to Robert who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He helped us arrange tours,making the entire process hassle free,and always just a call away. The rooms were immaculate,featuring modern bathrooms,Netflix, and a strong Wi-Fi connection.Drinking water was conveniently available in both rooms and corridor. Hot water is available 24 hours.All kitchen appliances were available. The staff were exceptionally friendly ,and the hotels location, close to many tourist attraction's, was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, safe and secure building & clean room which looks exactly like the photos online. Good value for money and I will definitely stay here again if I return to Yerevan again.
