Everything about this property was excellent, especially the stuff. They made me feel like home. My overall stay was amazing, convenient, comfortable! I am planning to stay with them next June, when I am back to Armenia.

We had a great time there, we rented a suite, and the staff were very professional, they even went an extra mile and delivered a teddy bear we forgot to a relative who lives on the 2nd floor, they have daily cleaning and AC, and Free Wifi. No comments about this hotel.. It's in the best location right on north avenue.. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.. Everything is at your doorstep. Room was a bit small especially the bathroom but as a solo traveller u will still find it adequate.. Ibis next door is cheaper however this hotel is bit higher level

Overall not bad, but very cramped room, I think 20 m is more. It is especially difficult in the bathroom, given that all the doors open inward. There are no staff in the pool, the temperature in the sauna is 55-60 degrees, which was disappointing. We liked the hotel, we stayed for 3 nights, but there was a significant drawback: we were accommodated on the 2nd floor above the restaurant and we listened to the entire repertoire of this establishment. Therefore, when checking in, take this into account; we had room 204.

It feels good, the boss is very enthusiastic to help me use the taxi app to call a taxi! It's a bit noisy near the road, but it doesn't affect my sleep

This hotel is conveniently located near everything. The breakfast is not exceptional, but it’s adequate. My only complaint is the loudness of the staff, especially in the afternoon when guests are resting. Considering the hotel’s small size, they should be more mindful of their noise level and communicate quietly.

The only reason we booked this place was because it had free parking ask mention in the booking. When we arrived there was no fee parking. So we had to pay for parking

We had a wonderful stay at Rooftop Apart hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom suite for our family of 4, and it was perfect. Room was large, new, and clean. Location was great too. We specifically loved all of the staff members there, especially Ruzanna. She was an excellent cook. Made us breakfast, served us coffee every morning, and was always welcoming. The room was spotless clean. There were enough utensils. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the city centre but still in a street with many cafes, restaurants etc and the rooms are super quiet. The location was very good centrally placed just a few minutes walk from the Republic square. The building was hard to find and it looks kind of halfway demolished with a shady staircase and hallway. The room itself is okay but it's not really clean especially the kitchen and the service was kinda bad, no dishwashing or proper cleaning of the kitchen - they didn't even do the bed on the first day....

Due to a late flight and as we had check out from our previous hotel was not offering free later check out we had book this hotel for just half a day. Ideal location just steps away for main square. A nice apartment in a new building. Excellent views of Yerevan from the balcony (10th floor). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A small kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishes, and a microwave. A large bed and a comfortable sofa. Convenient contactless check-in. We arrived late and checked in without any problems.

However, keep in mind that the stadium is very close. If there's a match on, there will be noise near the entrance, lots of people blowing horns, and police officers. In general it is a good Hotel and we were lucky to grab some pretty attractive deal for 4 days. The only issue - a knife was taken (stolen?) from our room and never returned. This darkened our otherwise stellar experience. If you dont that much worry about loosing things in your room - absolutely good place. With pool and gym and (well, pretty expensive) breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel. It’s clean, the maintenance staff is excellent, helpful and friendly. The location is the best. The gym is much better than what it’s shown in the pictures. It has nice equipment and is very clean. The con is that there is no elevator from the parking structure but they provide nice staff that helps with the bags. main pedestrian street, full of restaurants and evening activities we booked 3-room apartment. very nice one, 3 double bedrooms, so both kids and parents had their own place to sleep.

Compared to other hotels in the Central Yerevan this is best suite and value for money. Big spacious room with conditioner, fridge, microwave and kettle and neat wash area. Bed is also very comfortable. Only cons is there is no proper wardrobe for people like me who stays for a month period.

Not a 4 star grade, Rooms are spacious, Staff are helpful but very poor maintenance, carpets are in very bad conditions will never stay in this hotel again.
