Good location, no ability to check in early which was frustrating when arriving early by train.

Classic Ibis - that's why people choose it, no surprises here. Standard room with everything you need. Quiet enough, despite the fact that it's in the very center of the city. Check-in seemed quite long, but not critical. They clean every day, sometimes until 9 am, which was a bit early for me personally. Overall, it meets all expectations.

The room was better than expected, clean and tidy. I had a bad experience staying in Tbilisi before. I looked at many hotels in Yerevan and thought they were all average. In the end, I decided to stay at Ibis and was quite satisfied with the result. The surrounding attractions are all within walking distance.

Nice hotel centrally located not far from republic square (10 to 15 minutes walk). Breakfast is good with various choices. Rooms are small but equipped with almost all the utilities you need like fridge, electric cattle, hairdryer, safety deposit box, ironing board and iron. Also they provide free bottled water every day.

The receptionists speak English well and passionate. Each room is equipped with an iron and ironing board, very comfortable to get dressed up.

Room is small. Location is perfect; amazing breakfast. 

Location was good.  In rooms we asked for water glass but reception did not provide as they say our hotel do not provide. I have traveled all over the world but this  was so strange for me not to provide water glasses for drinking water .  Rome sizes are compact and not value for money.

The hotel is nice! I was there for three nights! They have a restaurant and cafe! You can order in room! The price is same as other restaurants I like to be there again with my beautiful wife!

We had a great stay. In summer it can be quite hot in Yerevan and a dip in the pool after a day in the city was just what we needed. The rooms are spacious and the beakfast had a great variety to choose from. And the personel was always available to help with anything you need.

This is our 4th year of staying at the Olympia with our tour groups. The manager, Sona, is wonderful! She works with us for every trip taking care of details for us. The staff is attentive. The pool is beautiful and the views from the rooms are great. The location works well with the SAS and restaurants close by. It’s our go-to hotel on Yerevan.

Very good, centrally located hotel in Yerevan. Rooms are clean, large and cozy. View from the hotel is good. Lot to explore within the hotel and one can spend a good amount of time exploring the hotel area. Staff has been helpful. Restaurant food was very nice. All in all we had a good experience and would recommend to anyone going to Yerevan to have Olympia Garden in their consideration list.

The location of the hotel is convenient. There's Rio mall is in five minutes walk and Zovq supermarket is in just a minute walk where we were able to change dollars at the best rates. DeLuxe offers decent breakfasts, however they're always the same. You can have meals either at Rio or a Georgian restaurant Genatzvale down the street. I've tried to stay at other hotels but always return here.

To start with the positives; The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Republic Square, so has a decent location; whilst there are hotels on The Square itself (i.e. The Marriott), Shirak will be a cheaper option. Wonderful hotel - new furniture - wonderful in every way

We stayed there for three nights and we had an absolutely amazing time, perfect location, super clean, and kind and helpful staff specially Erick and Galina. If I ever go back to Yerevan I will definitely stay there again. The only downside of the place is the Wi-Fi speed which was not very good.
