I really liked the hotel. Very convenient location. Excellent breakfasts. The hotel has a cafe restaurant. Prices are average. If you do not have time to have dinner or lunch, it is quite possible to eat here.

International chain hotel, service and hygiene are very good, a few minutes walk from Republic Square, it is very convenient to eat and drink coffee nearby. It is also convenient to go to other attractions in the city

All is good, but the night reception staff is incompetent and barely spoken English/Arm. The management should perform selection for the night team, meeting and greeting the guests.

It is a relatively good hotel in the area. It is relatively clean and the staff are quite enthusiastic. The bar on the 16th floor is quite noisy on Saturday night.

The hotel is in a good location near the very center of Yerevan - our windows overlooked the park and the Ministry of Justice. Triple 311 is quite acceptable in size for a family of 3 (2 adults and a 6-year-old child)

Very noisy! The windows are terrible, you can hear everything, as if you live on the street, it is impossible to sleep at night. The location and breakfast are good.

Friendly and fast service, spacious room but despite being a non-smoker room previous guests must have smoked. Breakfast offers wide variety of food and is ok - nothing special to mention. For small budget a good option.

Located in a busy street with heavy traffic and smog. We were upgraded to a huge two-bathroom suite, which was much appreciated, but the toilet seat was broken and shaky

Front desk help me booking taxi. They explained to me all the hotel services clearly. I dont use any hotel facilities. I had 1 time breakfast on 1st day arrival. Hotel is walking distance to Cascade and city centre

Breakfast is average as u would expect And apart from this early check in setback the staff was generally good but I don't think I will stay again cuz my flight arrives early most of the time and i don't like pointless waiting!!

Rooms are small but equipped with almost all the utilities you need like fridge, electric cattle, hairdryer, safety deposit box, ironing board and iron. Also they provide free bottled water every day

The receptionists speak English well and passionate. Each room is equipped with an iron and ironing board, very comfortable to get dressed up.

It's quite new and clean inside. It's a bit far from the main attractions. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Grand Square. It takes 40 minutes to walk to the Socialist Stairs. It's not very convenient without a car

I didn't like that the reservation indicated a room "Superior with a balcony and a king-size bed", they put me in a regular one without a balcony and 2 pushed together beds without any comments

The location is fantastic in my opinion, close to republic square, not in a busy neighborhood, and every essential thing is close to you (market, pharmacy, restaurants, cafe and …)

You basically have to spend the whole day exploring to avoid hearing any construction noise. But that has nothing to do with the hotel. Conclusion: we would come again
