Very friendly front office employees. Big and clean rooms, perfect mattresses. Spa with sauna and pool is soulless. Sympathetic lady and a mostly unfriendly man working there and explaining when you have to shower and when not. ☺️You have to use plastic cover for your hair what is not a problem. The entire atmosphere in the spa is like bei g in a rehabilitation clinic. Breakfast is mediocre. Waitresses...

It's close to Republic Square. The location is great. Good.

The room wasn't large, but it was very practical; the breakfast was incredibly generous, and it was conveniently located right next to Republic Square and the metro. There were also many shops, restaurants, a flea market, and a Carrefour supermarket nearby. Highly recommended.

The room was fairly basic, lacking USB charging ports, but there were convenient supermarkets nearby. The staff were very friendly. The Italian restaurant across from the hotel was especially delicious. Therefore, don't book hotel breakfast in advance.

Renewed my reservation. Facilities: This is a high-end hotel in Yerevan, with complete amenities. I've stayed here multiple times. Cleanliness: Okay, the toiletries are good and well-equipped. Service: Excellent. I called and the front desk responded quickly.

It was sweltering hot and the air conditioning wasn't working. The front desk staff were incredibly nonchalant about it.

The trip was memorable thanks to the wonderful staff of the hotel. They were super helpful and the overall vibe was worth visiting again and again.

SLH is a fantastic hotel chain. This hotel is good, but you don't feel that it's a luxury hotel despite it being very chic and beautiful. The service didn't match the expectations and standards set by my stays in SLH hotels around the world.

It's very retro, and although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, with decent cleanliness. However, you can tell from the shower fixtures that it's a bit dated, but the bed is very comfortable and spacious. The entire decor and furniture have a distinctly local feel. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, especially to Chinese guests. The spa experience was also excellent!
