Super clean place with an incredibly friendly and helpful family running it. Great location, easy walk to the city centre and main sights. Awesome value, nice kitchen, AC in rooms, and two great balconies. Highly recommend.

Returned for a second stay and loved it just as much! This place is underrated—the pictures don’t do it justice. It was perfect for my first trip to Armenia and an ideal spot for a month-long digital nomad stay. The spacious area with high ceilings made it feel very open. Hosts Gagik and Karina were fantastic, always helpful with tips and questions (with a little help from Google Translate). I spent a lot of time on the large kitchen balcony, enjoying my coffee and working on my laptop. The internet was excellent for work. Despite a few other guests, the three spotless bathrooms for 7 rooms meant I often had one to myself. Lovely memories, experience, and comfort. Shnorhagalutyun! Rooms: Super clean with all amenities. Walkability: Centrally located, close to Republic Square. Noteworthy details: Central location, spacious rooms, helpful hosts, friendly guests.

A very nice accomodation. Extremely clean and the bathrooms very proper. Alekseï is amazing host. He waited us until midnight to check in. He is always smiley and willing to help and a beautiful person. The owners are adorable and pleasant. It's very near to the historical center and museums and not far from the airport. Very practical location.

I stayed at Bridge House twice during my trip to Armenia, and it was a wonderful experience. It's in a fantastic location within walking distance to many interesting places in Central Yerevan, the room was comfortable and clean and the balcony is a great place to relax. The best thing about the place is the staff, who are always so welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They really make it feel like you are staying at home with friends. I hope I can return again one day.

I stayed at Bridge House for 5 nights and it was simply the most cozy hostel I ever been. The owners are very kind and their hospitality is amazing. Gengik and Karine are amazing hosts! They always offer you a coffee or tea and give you all the tips you need to visit the city.
The room I booked have air-conditioning and a large and comfortable double sozed bed. There two shared bathrooms that are always spotless. You can use the kitchen and its utensils.
The location is great for those who want to enjoy the city center and also for those who have to visit Yerevan State University. The campus is less then 10 min walk.

Soulful place for travelers! The owners go beyond any expectation to help about everything (even weeks after checkout). The rooms are extra cozy and the breakfasts are very nice :) You can cook your own meal for lunch and dinner or play on guitar or royal piano when it's not late. The owners really care about the proper experience of tye tenants, we'll happily stay there next te we'll be in Yerevan.
