Cons of the hotel: 1. It's located in a neighborhood with no cafes or bars for eating out, so you either have to go downtown or buy groceries at a convenience store and cook for yourself (there are small grocery stores, and almost across the street from the hotel).
2. We rented a double room for 2800 rubles per night, but when we arrived with our child (she's a big girl now, 16!), we had to pay an extra 2100 rubles! Just so she could share the room with us! We didn't ask for any extra beds! We just wanted her to be allowed in the room with us!
3. There's a huge Samsung TV in the lobby, but they actually bought it! But they won't turn it on! First, they didn't remove the screen protector! It's a shame, apparently! Second, when we asked to turn it on to watch it, they told us to watch it in the room! In short, the gorgeous big TV is for show, but not for watching!
The TV in the room doesn't show any TV, the set-top box isn't plugged in, and there's no power cord. The TV only shows internet: YouTube, etc.
Overall, the hotel is so-so, although it's clean and tidy. Apparently, it's new, opened recently and hasn't had time to mess things up.

We chose this hotel on our layover from Yerevan to Moscow; it was an overnight hub. We booked it just before arrival. It's a very good 4-star hotel, but I can't comment on the location or what's nearby, as we only spent a couple of hours there before our next flight. The drive from the airport to the hotel at night without traffic took 20 minutes.

A good hotel with helpful staff. The only downside is the location—it's 6 km from the center. Otherwise, everything was great.

I booked this hotel because my flight arrived late at night and I wanted something closer to the airport. It was close by, and the room was spacious. I asked for a quiet room, and it was indeed very quiet. The breakfast was good – salads (very tasty), fruit, sausage, eggs, and cheese. The coffee is ground coffee, and there's a coffee machine. The staff was friendly and recommended restaurants.

Absolutely amazing stay! We had a fantastic experience at Welcome Inn Yerevan. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. They were always ready to help, answer questions, and made every interaction pleasant and warm.
The room was cozy, clean, and bright. What impressed us the most was that housekeeping was done daily and so discreetly — we would leave for a bit and come back to a perfectly tidy room without ever seeing anyone. It felt magical!
Breakfasts were another highlight — fresh, delicious, and wonderfully varied each morning. A perfect and tasty way to start the day.
The location is quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything you might need.

We chose this hotel for our last days in Armenia since it was close to the airport, and it turned out to be the cleanest hotel we stayed at during our trip. The rooms were very spacious, and the ladies at check-in were absolutely wonderful. However, the male staff could improve his customer service a bit. We didn’t get to try their breakfast as we had an early flight, but overall, it was a great stay!
