We booked this hotel based on the reviews but wouldn't recommend it for couples or families due to the lack of basic amenities. To start with, the room was very small, and the bathroom was tiny and dirty. The bedsheets were dusty, as was the small couch. Despite selecting a double bed option, we were given a twin room. There was no kettle or tea/coffee sachets, which are basic in any hotel. The TV in the room was not working either. The hotel looked decent from the outside, but it had zero amenities. Most importantly, the Wi-Fi was horrible.
When we arrived, there was no one to help us check in, and we had to wait for a while until someone unpleasantly assisted us. The hotel management had an elderly lady managing everything, which wasn't appropriate. We also noticed that someone had entered our room while we were away, as our things had been moved. The blanket was folded, and our bags were moved aside. The room was not cleaned, but new tissues were provided in the bathroom. This was particularly unsettling as we hadn't left a "room service needed" tag. It's disappointing that instead of cleaning the room, they just moved our belongings and provided new tissues.

Not a luxury hotel, but the staff are friendly and Ms.Merien, the manager, is pretty helpful

The location is really inconvenient. It is inconvenient to go anywhere. Mainly because it is next to the highway. And it is impossible to turn back for a short distance.

Very nice people, I never met the owner, spoke to her on couple of occasions. The hotel is right by a busy highway, the first room they gave me was very noisy, with the windows close, moved me to another room inside less noisy, has room darkening curtains, relatively ok. Bathroom can use some updates, prices are relatively low, the cleaning lady manages everything, nice I don’t know why she was expecting a big tip. I gave her 3000 dram then 1000 = 4000 equal to more than $10 she was unhappy she called me “ ktsi” means ungenerous or frugal 😂
The kitchen is below average sitting outside is not very pleasant. Curtains in shower and rod are grossly rusty, far away for a bus station, taxi kept coming to the opposite side of the highway, that you cannot cross unless you walk almost half a mile, may be more. They try very hard to please, good people.

The room is clean, but there are no interesting attractions in Armenia... The hotel is very remote and there is nothing around except convenience stores. The convenience stores are also ripped off. Taxis in Armenia charge an exorbitant amount of money. Traveling to Georgia and Azerbaijan is a little better in this country. The center of the capital extends 2.5 kilometers outward and is extremely desolate in either direction.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2024, everything was absolutely clean and comfortable, for this price it is impossible to find such a clean hotel in Yerevan, they also have a kitchen where you can make tea and coffee. The hotel also has car rental at very competitive prices, I recommend it to everyone👍

This hotel is right next to the highway with no pedestrian crossing and it is not very convenient to take an Uber as the driver has to take a detour to get back to the city which makes the fare more expensive, however the overall hotel is ok

Not very conveniently located, there is no one at the reception all the time, the window that is written in the description opens onto the stairs

We had a late check-in (around 00:00), they waited for us, everything in the room was clean, clean, two towels per person, air conditioning was on. Bed linen, towels - everything is perfectly clean and ironed 👍🏻 The bed is comfortable, I slept well. The hosts are friendly and unobtrusive. We got to the center by taxi - here it’s quite inexpensive (150-209₽). We were satisfied
