This hotel is a great option in Brisbane's city center, offering excellent value for money! It's a shame they're currently undergoing renovations, but I'm sure it will be even better afterward. Most of the staff are South American, and their warm hospitality provides a different and pleasant experience! Definitely worth trying.

The room was spacious and quite clean. The location is very convenient, directly opposite The Star, and you can even see the South Bank Ferris Wheel from the window. However, the hotel is undergoing renovations, so there was noise in the morning. Also, toiletries and slippers were not provided.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, but unfortunately, it's undergoing renovations and upgrades from April 2023 to July 2026. I saw comments from 2024 mentioning the ongoing work, but I didn't realize it would be for such an extended period. The main issue is that there was no notification on the platform; they're operating while renovating. Drilling starts at 7 AM, which is apparently allowed by local law, but it's really unbearable. Thankfully, Trip.com was quick to resolve the issue and moved me to another hotel. To avoid this, please check the renovation notice in the first picture! I'd advise against booking this hotel for now!

I slipped over in the bathroom on the wet and slippery tiles and advised the front counter on my departure. Supplied was 2 towels 2 face washers and a hand towel no bath mat. Travellers be wary of wet and slippery tiles. Subsequently I was 30 seconds late for breakfast and they were not obliging at all and left hungry.
Happy with previous stays but have changed my mind now and not recommend this hotel.

Lovely place to stay, very clean neat and tidy. Walking distance from most amenities. Also few minutes walk from the main station. Great experience indeed.

Overrated. Food average. Service was appalling. Waitress rude and kept leaving mid order . Had to walk over to bar to collect drinks after waiting 20min. Was demanded to “Sit down sir!” Like I was disobeying a seat belt sign on a plane. Requested to have drinks taken off the bill which did not come. Had to find waitress to make dessert order. Will not be back.

Love the food here! Setting is elegant, waiters friendly. Good cocktails at the bar while you wait for a table.

This was a terrific dining experience. Both the service and food was simple amazing. I feel that my friends and I will be dining here on a regular basis. We loved this food. The laska, pho and dumplings were so amazing that I am still salivating. We are back next Tuesday to try more items on the menu. Keep up the great work.

I will give 3.5. The Food doesn’t taste bad, but it is a bit expensive. Don’t expect the food to surprise you with amazing flavor.
The resturant is inside the casino so I assumed the rent and everything’s coast a lot of money that’s why.

Great service. Beautiful food. Such a shame we are not staying in Brisbane longer to go back!! Luke was lovely to meet. I have a very happy fiance after today. Thank you team for making the experience wonderful!

The service wasn't great, it was very abrupt and quick despite an almost empty restaurant. Just little things like the waiter not bringing over eater and forgetting about it.
The food wasn't amazing. Rather bland and the pasta was overcooked. It did look nice though!

The worst work Christmas party lunch I ever had! Gave the restaurant a second chance after waiting an hour for a meal that didn't come 6 months ago and boy was that a bad mistake! Food over priced, small lasagna that colleague had to go grab more food on way back to work, food was cold or too salty, soft drink was flat, poor service - if not none and waited over 1 hour to eat. There was hardly anyone there but people who came in after us ate 2 meals before us (only 8 of us). Don't recommend at all!

Service was a bit slow, and the servers seemed overwhelmed with a 3/4 full restaurant, but they were friendly. Wines were not very good at all, but the food was tasty. I felt $15 for bruschetta was pretty expensive, considering its a low cost dish that must cost at most. 75c to make

It is pricey but you will not be disappointed for what you pay for. Large servings, good quality food and service. Good location.

Just an average subway. Sandwich was filled but toasting a bit low. Fillings were presented ok. Lunch period is very busy and it is a small store but they were ripping through the numbers.

Fairly substandard Subway outlet. They never change gloves between serving and handling other gear. Fillings are slapped in, barely cover the length of the sub. Overall haphazard service

Owner /manager man talks strange. if you don't understand what he says he will give you an attitude.
Staff dont really care much about what they are putting into the sub. I got a tomato with the stem (which i saw her put in) and the lady put in the wrong salads. Thought they would make me a new one after she chucked in a bunch of carrots that i told her not to put in, but she just took what she can out and there it was. Didn't ask for a new one. Won't be returning for a while.
