Apartment 84, 9th Floor
The apartment looked far more appealing in the promotional photos than in reality. While the pictures suggested a glamorous, well-kept space, what we found was quite the opposite. The carpet in both the bedrooms and living area had noticeable stains, giving the place a very “worn” feel from heavy guest use.
The main bathroom was also disappointing—the shower over the bathtub barely functioned, dripping more than spraying. My bathroom had no towel rack, and it was obvious that one had been removed without replacement. On top of that, the toilet paper holder was poorly placed, causing the roll to constantly fall off.
The oven was another issue; it clearly hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. When we tried to use it, smoke poured out as soon as we opened the door, revealing a dirty bottom surface.
Overall, the apartment did not match the presentation online. If it’s going to be advertised, the photos should reflect its true condition so guests know exactly what to expect.

They spent great money on a photographer and picture editor. thw place is a dive stains all over the floors and furniture mould in thw walls. plasterboard peeked away from.the roof and walls. light fixtures torn off leaving wires exposed. steer away and find some where else.

Was not worth it. Staff generally unavailable, the rooms barely meet any cleanliness standards, the parking & visitor or drop off is poor to say the least.
The only thing going for this place is its location in the city.

Very tired. Do not confuse with Rydges.
Furniture is stain, tiles are chipped, mouldy in places, wood is rotten in places. Vanity is without a draw front, light fittings either have blown globes or only wires remain. Black stains on the clean linen. The list goes on.
It was as clean enough. A residents dog did a pee in the elevator in front of me.

NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED in the photos! I booked this accommodation as the photos looked good but the room we got was completely different - very outdated, smelly, grimy and in state of disrepair - wire hanging from ceiling with no light on it, weird broken gyprock in corner of room, mouldy, missing bathroom drawers???
We left the property as this is not what we had paid for and is false advertising!

Wouldn't say it's the worst place but for the price they charge it most definitely isn't worth it. My room is very out dated, the fridge wasn't cleaned out prior to checking in as someone's left food in it. The staff are friendly and happy to assist but the price of the rooms it's not worth it when you can stay at Skytower for same amount of nights additional $20. I was originally staying here for 8 nights but thankfully reduced it to 4 nights.

The place is okay. Room service was apparently weekly not daily. It has got all the utensils should you want to cook a meal. The location isn't great and felt dangerous at night to walk alone. I'd avoid spring hill or fortitude valley.

I would definitely sleep here again. Apartment we took was very clean. Rooms and bathrooms were big. There was living room with couch and small kitchen inside. You could also use gym and swimming pool available on lower floor. Everything we needed was there accompanied by great view on the city.

Would definately recommend this hotel.
Great central location close to everything. Very friendly staff and comfortable bed! Even cooking facilities and coffee machine.

Stayed for two weeks very good place reception lovely and friendly and will help out where they can.
Room was lovely clean and comfortable with every thing you need in the kitchen microwave cooker fridge freezer.
Close to the city centre about 15mins away or less depends on the heat lol.
Shop just down the road for local stuff. Big superstore about 15mins away in opposite direction to the city centre.
I would defo book again the only one down side was the Wi-Fi as you need a code and it runs out on certain dates which court me out once or twice. Other than that I highly recommend you book if staying in Brisbane.

I have been ordering from this venue for a few years now - As of today never again. For the last 3 times the delivery person has not been able to buzz up and the Pizza quality has changed significantly. This particular time I advised them via phone my 4 year old kid was not feeling well, the lady buzzed twice and said the lift was not working. I advised her to wait there and I would come down, had to carry my 4 year old down. Went to the ground floor there was no one there. I walked out onto the street there was no one there. I went back inside and up the lift again, then she tried to call me. She advised me she was on the ground floor, I knew she was not as I had just been there. She continued to argue with me telling me that she was waiting there for me. I am aware of what a pizza box looks like and there was no one carrying a pizza box. I don't know where she went but she was not on ground floor. As she could not work the lift and as I didn't want to carry my son back down I told them not to worry about it. By this stage the ice cream would of melted and the pizza possibly luke warm I will not order from this store again.
