We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with short notice. The Manager are lovely people and even left some home made biscuits for us. I had some issues with the accommodation though. The apartment was very dated. With cheap bad fitting curtains and Kmart kitchen appliances. I found a very dirty unwashed teacup in the kitchen cupboard, the remote for the bedroom TV didn’t work, we had ants in the kitchen, and I found a large black hair on the supposedly clean hand towel in the toilet. There was also visible mould in the shower. One AC in the whole apartment which was in the kitchen/lounge area. No way would it reach down the hall to the bedrooms, and they were cold. The parking it rather tight to manoeuvre into unless you have a reasonably small car. The Manager Nick allowed us to park in a spare space that was easier to get into. The beds were comfortable although the doonas on them were quite thin. Thank heavens for the spare blankets in the wardrobes. At over $200 a night I expected more.

Absolutely first class customer service by Nick and Jodie. Set in a perfect location, the apartment was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended Belvedere Appartments. Thank you for being so welcoming. My family had a fabulous stay.

Premium Apartment Beachside living with fantastic views of the Glasshouse Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. All apartments have ocean views accompanied with pools, spa, saunas, steam rooms and gym facilities. Adjacent to shops, restaurants, clubs and schools. Permanent accommodation only. Apartments for sale and for rent available through the onsite managers.
