Unfortunately we did not read that the apartments had no air conditioning as we assumed this was a standard expectation in 2026. The apartment otherwise was perfect. The pool, spa and tennis court were obviously outdated but our children enjoyed it nonetheless. I must say, the key for the basement parking was a bit shocking. I’ve not needed to use a key for a garage in almost 20yrs. Overall experience was enjoyable.

The room was old but pleasant would be much better in winter wouldn't recommend summer there is no air-conditioning and it was striffling hot and horribly uncomfortable to say the least and the manager was extremely rude

Unfortunately did not read that there was no air-conditioning. We were located in room 33 where the lounge furniture was dirty and unpleasant to sit on as it felt unclean. Carpet felt dirty to walk on. Was shocking to see no security window screens on any of the windows. It was hard to relax and enjoy our staying due to constantly keeping our kids away from all windows and balcony. We had no choice but to keep windows and balcony doors open to get a breeze outside. The extra fans had a lot of dust. The pool, spa and tennis court was outdated buy good for the kids. Close to the beach and shops which was also good. Space was perfect for my family and loved out the kitchen had all kitchen appliances needed.

There is no air conditioning but just open a door or window and there is plenty of fresh breeze 😀

First time staying at Burges apartments Kings Beach in Caloundra the manager Stephen could not be more helpful The apartment was so very clean and welcoming parking was very secure Only a few minutes walk to the beach Would definitely stay again next time we are in that area

Had a great stay, bbq area, tennis court, pool spa. Could still have ocean view from balcony dining room. Enjoyed my stay, rooms clean and tidy easy access for wheelchair. I was on 3rd floor. Comfortable bed plenty of room 4 adults to children.

Great location. Unit was older with no air-con. But very spacious, and amazing views, close to restaurant and beach.

A solid location for families, nothing fancy
Good solid facility.
Excellent service from the manager, a very helpful host.
But the building and apartment were tired. To be fair, it all worked fine and is well maintained, but the building reflected its age.
It was a little pricey when we stayed, because of a host of events in town. But it should be affordable in quieter times - great for families or those on tighter budgets.
The upside - it is close to beach, and the limited dining options at Kings Beach.

Without doubt the worst pizza I have ever eaten. If I had the option to give it a minus rating l would. Terrible experience. Never again.

purchased a pizza. would off been better off buying a $5.00 dollar frozen pizza from supermarket. instead off $ 20.00. went back and complained got told to f### off.

You would expect that a $20 wood fired pizza would be better than a $5 Domino's Pizza. I was wrong. How you can charge $20 for a pizza like that is completely unjustifiable. I will never eat here again

The regular pizzas are small and the food we picked up at the given time was stone cold we had to zap it in the microwave to be able to eat it. Customer service by a bunch a teenagers lead by Chloe was terrible. She did not take a phone order correctly and lied about delivering the missing food to our door so we had to return to the shop and pick it up. The manager was too scared to speak for himself when we made a complaint and the teens stood behind him glaring at us and smurking. What a terrible experience that ruined our night. Do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else for pizza/pasta.

We have eaten here 4 times.

Decor is garish and zero atmosphere with over bright lights.

Service has always been great....but....we'll go back many times for the food.

There is someone in the kitchen here that has the absolute X factor in culinary skills. 100% delicious food everytime. One of the few venues on the coast we go back to just for the delish food.

Get the decor sorted, tidy the place up HEAPS and focus on table service rather than takeaway and I think this place would go off the scale.

Awesome food.
