Best Hotels in Gold Coast

For us the best part was the whales. We were able to see them from the comfort of our bed and of course from the balcony. The 3 days we were there, we woke up to the "morning whale show"

A very convenient location at Main beach in Gold Coast, the resort was very easy to find when we arrived, check in was really smooth, Rene & the staff were super helpful and friendly

Carpets definitely needs to a steam cleaning. Curtains and the couches has stain, visually you can see the stain needs a good cleaning. The drainage is in the middle and the water builds up one side of the base

We enjoyed 9 nights stay, beautiful views, quite location but very close to anything. We were on the 14th floor of a lovely, tidy apartment with anything basic needed. Kitchenware, blankets, TV in every room, towels etc

The apartment was equipped with a kitchen, had amazing sea views, spacious bedrooms and all we needed to have a very comfortable and relaxing stay

The view from the balcony was blocked by a building, and from the bedroom by a pine tree, so you could only see a tiny bit of the sea. Otherwise, everything was fine. There's a washing machine and dishwasher

Just returned from 10 days staying at the Moroccan and had the best time we stayed in a 2bdrm and it was so spacious with amazing ocean views the room had everything we needed for our stay and more, the staff at the Moroccan are so helpful, they did everything they could to make our stay amazing, the Moroccan is located right next to the light rail and only one stop from Cavil Ave so your in surfers...

Staff were amazing, location was 1/0/10, rooms were clean. Highly recommend. Won't stay anywhere else now.

Unit 249, is on level 12 as great views and location to central Surfers Paradise is great. The appartment has had a partial make over. Floors and living areas are modern and tidy

Bathrooms are in major need of a renovation. The mould in the shower screens is very off putting and makes the experience feel unclean

The Moroccan rocked The location & views from every room of the coastline were spectacular! Absolutely the best location & perspective to enjoy the view with multiple balconies from different rooms

The Breakers on the Gold Coast is a real 'breaker' of expectations – in the best possible way! Located at 60 Old Burleigh Rd, Surfers Paradise, QLD, this fantastic destination offered us a holiday experience that was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to its incredibly friendly and accommodating staff

Neat and tidy. Warm and comfortable. Pretty quiet. We stayed on 10th floor in a 1 bedroom unit. View was great. Amenities in the unit good. Handy to either broadbeach or surfers

Where it fell below expectation was the dated decor, cleanliness - clumps of dust and a pill on the floor beside the bed, the hairdryer is ancient (best bring your own) and not enough towels provided

Probably depends on your apartment and when/if it was updated…ours was tired; biggest pain was that our curtains didn’t work

Staff were excellent, room had everything I needed. Shopping close by, beach close by, easy walking even to connect with tours. Tram was across the street to get anywhere along the coast there, even to Brisbane

We didn’t need a car as we walked everywhere to SCs and to the light rail and bus terminal located beside NR. Travelled by public transport to Movieworld & SeaWorld parks, Surfers Paradise, Currumbin Bird Sanctuary

Staff are Patient Helpful Polite Respectful. Cafes and Broadbeach shops are within walking distance. The Kurrawa Beach is a 5 minute walk away. Broadbeach and its shopping mall is a 10 minute walk away

Neptune Resort has Manager Brett & Administration Manager Paula. We found the Neptune Resort is located at an awesome location opposite fabulous Pan Pacific Fair SC and nearby Oasis SC Woolworths

Apartment and amenities very good. 2 big pools great for adults and kids. Staff super friendly excellent with communications before you arrive and helpful throughout stay of your looking for cafes and restaurants nearby

Our second time at this resort. The place was under refurbishment and is looking good. Only downer was the dogs next door barking early in the morning. We will probably be back next year

Resort excellent stayed before. Only comment a spring clean required in common area leading to rooms. External doors could do with a 6 monthly clean etc

The views from our balcony, I could sit out there all day, watching my boys swimming in the pool: Everything was close by, it was FABULOUS! Thankyou for the warm hospitality, we will definitely be back

Myself and my two boys had an unforgettable time here. My boys loved the pools and the very short walk to the beach and we loved the peaceful mornings and the sunrises, sunsets

We have recently returned from our holiday at Reflections. We have stayed here numerous times and have always found it to be a great place to stay. We were on level 12 (room 1204) with a beautiful ocean view

This was our second stay at Golden Riveria. We love it here. Close to airport, on the beach and across the road from shops and surf club. If you dont have a car, you can access everything you need in walking distance.

Perfect location directly across the road was a kids park which was perfect for anyone with kids and couple hundred metres walk to the surf club for dinner is convenient. Room was really nice and modern and clean

The apartment was great but the description was totally wrong it's not queen and two twin bedrooms it's two doubles and one twin bedroom! The middle bedroom had nothing in it apart from a double bed

Staff are amazing and super friendly - one gentleman staff member even jump-started our car, saving us hundreds of dollars :) Views to the mountains and the coast were just priceless

Bring your body boards it's so nice to swim at the beach and the afternoon cloud colours are just breathtaking. Plenty of room in our 3 bdr 2 bathroom room in the Northern Tower

We booked a two-bedroom apartment with a sea view, and it absolutely delivered in terms of view and location. The hotel facilities were excellent — indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, steam room, gym, and tennis courts

We were told the compressor was likely failing, meaning the air-conditioning could not be used at all. It was frustrating to be sold a five-night stay knowing the apartment was not in full working order

We were in apartment 26B and had no air-conditioning for the entire six-day stay, which was very difficult given it was summer. We also didn’t realise that reception is only staffed for limited hours

While we genuinely loved the hotel, its grounds, and its facilities, there is clear room for improvement in both cleanliness standards and customer service

Cleanliness was another concern. The floors throughout the apartment were sticky and grimy, with the kitchen floor feeling particularly oily and unclean

The apartment had everything we needed, was clean (although not spotless) and the pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Recommend for a family holiday at the Gold Coast

The complex is dated, but we found the price really reasonable for a very spacious apartment with amazing views in a great location

After hours check-in was easy and staff were courteous. Our room unfortunately wasn’t very clean and maybe a better dishwasher detergent should be provided so kitchen pots, pans etc are cleaned properly

There was a massive cockroach in the room, almost the size of my palm! The facilities are really old and run-down. However, the staff were very friendly

The only thing I would point out, for some, might be an issue are the stairs. Does not matter which unit you stay in always stairs to negotiate

The room we had was perfect for our situation. We did get small ants every night when we returned home which was very annoying. No elevator so stairs could be an issue for some people, but we were fine.

Over the years we have stayed here it has new management and it shows. Linen and room service excellent, Helen on reception exceeding helpful and pleasant as were all staff

Good but needs improvement Some units are clean and some aren’t. Similarly some units are older and appliances don’t work. But the front desk staff is very accommodating

The location is excellent, only 1 stop to Sky Point and 2 stops to Suffers Paradise. It only takes 10-20 minutes to walk there. The sea view was so beautiful that we couldn't bear to go out to take pictures in the room

The location is excellent; the beach is just across the street. The serviced apartment offers little beyond the front desk; the rooms are very spacious with a balcony offering sea views, and the price is quite reasonable

Great location and lovely apartments with good amenities . Rooms have great views of surfers paradise and the ocean and are very modern . The pool is ok but was very deep so not the best for kids

Had schoolies here and it was really good. Excellent service with friendly and welcoming staff everywhere. I felt safe and looked out for the whole time. Thank you!

Only criticism is that our parking was on the bottom level so we had to use one flight of stairs. Being older, we would have preferred another spot. Everything else was good. We’d stay here again.

The room was available earlier than the check-in time. Although it was on the lower floor, the view was ok. The location was good and close to Glink station

The apartment unit clean and we loved our stay there.

It wasn't a perfect sea view because they gave me the last room, but it was good. It was a shame that I only stayed for one day due to my schedule. I'll come back again next time when I have time.

If you are looking for somewhere fancy to stay, this accommodation is not for you. BUT if you are looking for unparalleled ocean views thats family friendly and close to everything, this is definitely the place for you

Great location- just across the road from main beach and short walk to eateries/Cavill Mall. Good size rooms and views just incredible. All the facilities you need - loved the spa pool.

Excellent absolut beach front. We had appartement 6. Perfect. Bathrooms a bit small but location location location! Great body corporate, block immaculate and the outdoor terrace perfect. Definitely reccomend.

Our stay at Spindrift was good. It was close to the venues we attended. The pool was clean and handy for the kids to have fun. The furniture was a bit old, especially the bunk bed was squeaking in the quiet of the night

Stayed in Oceanfront and overlooked the pool and beach. Absolutely amazing to wake up to that view every morning and be that close to the beach.

Our three days staying at Ambience, Burleigh Heads was most enjoyable. Our unit was spacious and had a great view. It was close to the beach, many restaurants and bus stop. We hope to return to Ambience!

Lovely hospitality, in the heart of Burleigh, easy relaxed walking distance to everything, beautiful view's - could even see whales! Lifeguard patrolled beach right in front of apartments.

Bathroom was very spacious and kitchen would have been easy to use if we chose to eat in - maybe on a longer stay in the future. Pool and spa were lovely with a great barbecue area

Absolutely loved my stay at Boulevard North Holiday Apartments! The location is unbeatable — across the road from a surf lifesaver patrolled beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants

They even offered a concierge shopping service through Elev8 Holiday Services to help me surprise my wife with beautiful flowers, thoughtful gifts and nice surprises that she loved
