I recommand The Sebel Apartment is very nice place, Nice view at day and night time. All in side the room are neath. Staffs are friendly and professional ,good service.

The apartment is comfortable and the beds are soft and cozy. A good assortment of cooking utensils which was appreciated

The standout feature was the rooftop with a tennis court and bookable BBQ area. I hosted a small BBQ gathering there, and it was absolutely fantastic. I only wish I had stayed longer and would definitely return

The location is unbeatable, right on the Docklands New Quay waterfront with stunning views and tram access directly in front. Shops, restaurants, and the entertainment precinct are all just steps away

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well designed. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay feel like home. Facilities include a pool, gym, and sauna

Plus, my room was immaculately clean and comfortable, making it the perfect spot for a good night's rest

The hotel's location and transportation are very convenient. There are various restaurants and coffee shops, shopping malls, etc. nearby, and it is within walking distance to many attractions in Melbourne city.

Great location, ignoring the trams you can walk almost everywhere (don't ignore the trams!) Rooms are well appointed and great when you compare what a traditional hotel gets you

The walls had glue and blue tack on them from previous stays, the bathroom had hair on the wall and roof, but to mention the fan not working and the mould on the tiles and dirty shower had

The balcony was quite dangerous, the wooden floor had holes and pieces missing resulting in an injury to one of the girls staying there

Very mixed opinion to be honest. For a penthouse apartment you would assume it would be clean and things would be looked after

Lyla at the front desk was especially conscientious and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. It’s a good pick if you want friendly service and an easy base for exploring the city

Large TV in the lounge area and bedroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car park a very short walk from the hotel and you can go in and out as often as you like. I travel a lot and can strongly recommend

Room was immaculate. Way above expectations. Downfall was small bath towels, over firm bed and ridiculously flat pillows, otherwise you would have gotten excellent on everything.

Good Value and Location Very fair price for the location and parking. Heating quite difficult to control (perhaps an instruction card?) Tram stop at the doorstep. A little dated, but comfortable overall

I had a good stay at St Georges Motor Inn, it's close to the city and across from the tram stop so it's very convenient.

Very convenient place if you prefer to stay on the northern side. It's a bit outdated but that's not important. will return for sure.

The hotel is in an interesting old part of Melbourne, near Queen Victoria market, 2 supermarkets and several restaurants. You can get a nearby tram into the city or walk to North Melbourne or Flagstaff railway stations

It is an ok place to stay if your budget does not allow you to pay for something else, but it was clean place and close to some attractions

Well located just outside CBD but convenient and quiet. Most of all full amenities provided for comfort kettle and coffee tea as well as hair dryer. Reasonable size of room with sun block curtain

V friendly staff n great service. I liked that they have a kitchen n laundry room for guests’ use. Trams to Victoria Market n the city are close by. A short walk to Aldi’s for supplies

There are diverse of international restaurants to suit all. Victoria market is just 4 stops tram away. Daily housekeeping, shared kitchen and self laundry service are available too

This was the most satisfying stay I've had in Melbourne. The location is excellent, the two-bedroom apartment is spacious, and it's fully equipped for living

The studio apartment is a small and outdated. I could have paid less staying in Ibis with a more comfortable bed and daily housekeeping.  The location and service is good.

Despite the error made by Trip.com during the booking, the hotel did everything necessary to correct it without any extra charge to the customer. Thank you again! On the other hand, a negative point for Trip.com.

The penthouse suite was beautiful, priced really well and the staff amazingly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend it.

We'd booked a self contained one bedroom apartment well in advance and in the meantime did some tooing and froing with dates, but the hotel was patient and always helpful - and the same wonderful service was shown when we checked in

Great river view, the room is clean. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area at night. There are pubs and restaurants on the opposite side of the river.

Liked it. Good sized room. We had nice views inland with a sea glimpse. Super spread for breakfast which included a gluten free bar which was nice to see

The location the access the size almost 55 square meters. Note: there is construction happening next door which creates noise and light pollution but we were informed prior to booking so all good

Although it is close to the train station, the soundproofing is good. The hygiene is OK, but the bathtub is broken and there is sticky stuff on the hair dryer. It is very close to the church, train station, etc

Amity's Claremont Street property is in an excellent location, close to cafes & restaurants and the major Chapel St & Toorak Rd shopping precincts, as well as to the strategic South Yarra train station and a tram service along Toorak Rd

Our room was spacious (somewhat muted in decor), had reasonable storage, and usefully provided good cooking, washing & drying facilities

While the apartments have all the right amenities, I was a bit concerned about the cleanliness in general. The floor was good, the beds were good but walls and doors, glass on pictures, etc

Had washing machine and dryer (including washing powder), small kitchen with great appliances. It was clean and warm and lovely. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Would come back and stay here again for sure

We stayed in this hotel in late 2017 and really enjoyed it. Thus, when we finally returned back to Melbourne, we chose this place again. Booked 3 different apartments and all were wonderful
