Excellent! They even offer airport shuttle service! All the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic

Close to the airport with shuttle service, everything else was just okay. The shuttle driver was really good, very accommodating. We arrived too late, so for safety, we decided to stay near the airport

Even though our English isn't great, the front desk managed to understand us perfectly and sent a car to pick us up from the airport! We'd love to come back again!

Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne

That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable

We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day

Very nice hotel, locate 5KM to Melbourne airport. Hotel has free parking service and is really good for self drive. Room size is big and clean, highly recommend

Good service for after hours check in

PIck up and delivery from and to the airport was very easy. I called and they came right away. The room was spotless and very comfortable. They had a food cart for breakfast and dinner and both meals were excellent

There's no complain that I can come up with cause in my opinion, I love this hotel. Though you need a car to drive out for food.

Convenient location for short term stay being so close to the airport minimising travel time for catching flights. Staff polite and helpful with check in and check out. Felt safe and secure during stay

2nd time staying here. Overall had been a positive experience. Was able to do some simple cooking over the stove and made breakfast. The guest laundry was useful for business travelling as well.

Good for one people stay caused it is not much space. Ameities can requested at reception. Location quite good can walk to Southern Cross station, Flinder Station or Town Hall station

Beautiful room with large ensuite bathroom. Staff were helpful with accommodating an early check-in. Split system heater/ air-conditioning worked very well. I love the black tea sachets and mini metal kettles!

Best Western is a cool place to stay and its very much accessible! The room was clean, staff is friendly and there is a good restaurant in Ground Floor

For Uber, driver might drop you at the closest street, Flinder Lane. Easy walk just 1 mins but quite hard if you have 2 luggages

Just 5 mins walk from southern cross station, room is clean and has everything needed just that toilet is too small, overall is good.

It's a little far from the center, so it's outside the free tram zone, but it's convenient because the station is close. I think it's a good value for the price

Just as advertised. Awesome to have a washer and drywr in room available. A shame the fridge freezer didnt work too well.

The lift smelt like fish the entirety of our stay (? the carpet). Sadly, the carpark was not tall enough for my car. We live 4 hours ago & rang to check before getting on the road with no answer

Room was quite run down, dirty, felt really unclean unfortunately. Shower was grimey, sheets did not feel clean, dishwasher was terribly dirty. Great location

Body lotion and a hair dryer were provided, but toothbrush sets, shampoo, and conditioner were not. There was a microwave and a fairly large refrigerator

Even if you arrive late, the check-in counter will be closed, but there's a key box, so it's fine

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room, whilst quaint was perfect. Access to the CBD was very easy, whether walking or using transport. Room service are very friendly and good to have a chat with.

The price was good, the staff were incredibly friendly, and its proximity to Melbourne's Southern Cross Station made sightseeing in the city very convenient.

Just a few suggestions would be: -Shower screen is too small -better coffee in the room -Room service food options would be good -Usb connections in the bedside lamps didn't seem to work

Excellent! I'll definitely be back next time. The value for money here is outstanding, making it a superb choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure

The toilet lid doesn't have a soft-close mechanism, so it closes quickly and heavily with a loud bang. It would be great to add a soap dish; otherwise, the soap slides around and gets soggy when left on the sink

Great place, great location. Clean, secure and quiet. Excellent location. Apartment and building was well maintained. Not one issue at all.

The check in host was late and it was already a late check in at 4pm. The unit was clean, kitchen was good and location was perfect. However, the unit needed some upkeep

Unit was easy to find and communication between the organisation was very good

We were on the 27th floor. The view was great at this height Location was good. Apartment was a great layout. Very comfortable and enjoyable

Good size living space and furnishings. Close walk to mall/city centre. Handy corner for different tram routes. Staff were extremely helpful and genuinely nice.

This was a great find for travelling for the rugby test. We were fortunate to book well ahead and get a good rate.

Best shower I have come across in a hotel and great location to access Melbourne

Clean room, staff was attentive and helpful with hot water issue. 2 bed/2bath suite was a nice large size for 3 adults. The location was in a central location and within walking distance to many restaurants.

Seen online parking was $20 p/n but when we got there told it was $50 p/n. However we managed to get parking for less than $20 for the weekend less than 100 metres away.

We enjoyed our stay, room was great and comfy bed. Only downside is when I booked parking was included but when we checked in they said it wasn’t and was full

The bathroom was average at best. No storage space or shelves. Shower is tiny. The balcony has no privacy and was very dirty, cobwebs and excessively dusty.

They make the room everyday.. towels can be changed as per request. Location is good if u drive.. overall pretty clean.. will recommend it

Very nice property, clean and spacious. Location was a bit out of the way with not a lot of good shops nearby. Some nice cafes nearby though.

We didn't use the laundry or kitchen, but handy if you did need it. As for the "free self parking " I had to pay for parking $25. Can I get this back ? Over all the stay was very good and we are likely to use it again

Air con and extra wall heaters perfect for hot/cold weather however no air con or fan in bedroom but again access to balcony should you require fresh air. Parking on property ($25) and tram stop in easy walking distance

However, rooms were extremely clean, all amenities in kitchenette and bathroom and lounge area expansive. Balcony was welcomed and provided fresh air if required

Very good location and a perfect place for what we needed (which included washer/dryer in the unit).

As there are no dining options on the property a must for dining nearby is The Olive Tree (make sure you book) which is a well established dining treat. Stay was on the weekend and area was very quiet

Stayed 2 nights with the hotel. Reception by the team and especially Patty was excellent. Only shortfall was that the pool wasn't available (had a Pride event taking place that weekend.)

Conveniently located, walk to bars and restaurants. Hotel room was clean but a little tired looking. Basic amenities, a little noisy, good for a short stay. Breakfast was excellent, made to order

It was really hard for me to step outside of my home. My friends pushed me to come out with them to see John Course play, but my mental health has not been at its best

But tonight ended up being one of the most important nights I have had in a long time. For the first time, I felt confident. I felt like my disability was not something that held me back

And that confidence came from the way I was treated inside. The security guards with the tags 053 and 189 showed me real humanity. They were warm, patient and respectful

They understood my differences without making me feel different. They spoke to me like a person, not a problem. They made me feel safe when I really needed it

 It is just as easy to access other lovely areas around, such as Prahran Market, Brighton (famous beach huts) and many others.  Staff at the hotel are very helpful and pleasant with nothing being too much trouble

This hotel is perfectly placed to explore the areas around South Yarra.  The train station is a few minutes walk away at the top of the road on Toorak Road, with the CBD being only 2 stops away

 The room was extremely comfortable with all amenities needed to make our stay comfortable.  The bed was huge and extremely comfortable.  There were facilities we didn't use, such as a gym

Great Location as I was there for the St Kilda Blues Festival. Everything was in walking distance. The Staff were Polite & Friendly. The Bed I thought was going to be too soft but it was so Comfortable

The camp kitchen is very good equipped and the bathrooms are in really good conditions. My daughter loved the playground, the games room and the pool. It is a fantastic site to explore Melbourne and the surrounding area

We stayed in our hired Campervan. The site is very clean and tidy and all facilities well maintained. Food shopping is walkable for a stock up of supplies. The hardest bit and most demanding was checkin

Yes it is a little tight at times but in my experience this is pretty normal in city centre locations. But you certainly don’t feel like you’re in the city here

I arrived after hours and a staff member went out of their way to help me find my cabin, which I really appreciated. The heated pool was a hit, and the outdoor cinema is such a fantastic bonus

A lovely intimate property, nicely appointed rooms located in a very nice neighbor with good restaurants nearby. The staff is gracious and accommodating. Good price point, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Since the hotel sits above a pub, there was a constant pub-like scent lingering through the hallways and even inside the room. Some people might not mind it, but personally it made the space feel less fresh

I also noticed stains on the quilt, which wasn’t exactly the best impression when settling in for the night. That said, I can see why people stay here for convenience

I had only positive memories of the hotel; I would love to stay there again. It's ideally located and has excellent transport links, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that the hotel building is old and warm.

Room had complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. A good size room with large towels and nice washroom and shower. Close to where we needed to be near St Kilda. Lots of street parking around.

Room 207 was very good and it would have been even better if it had a toaster and some knives and forks. The hotel staff are terrific.

This was my first time at these apartments and it was a lovely place, very clean and nice and quiet also very close to Rod Laver wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location - far enough out of the city to be quiet but still able to walk into the city. The park across the road was lovely. Big room with everything we needed for 3 nights stay. Coffee shop next door.

Great place to stay if visiting Melbourne park arenas and stadiums. Spacious rooms with wonderful staff onsite. Complimentary water, coke and Tim tams on stay which was a nice surprise.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel! They had all the basic amenities like towels, a hairdryer, and shampoo, plus tea and coffee

I always stay at Quest Prahran when in Melbourne. The staff are super helpful, the rooms are very clean with everything you need and the location is fantastic

We have been truly spoilt with a five room suite kitchen, lounge, study nook, bedroom and a huge bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom toiletries are good quality and generous. Laundry services are available

We stayed in a one bed room apartment that was a good size had all the amenities for an apartment. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet

This Sebel is in an excellent location for visiting the Melbourne CBD with it's laneways, restaurants, shops and bars. The reception staff are friendly and helpful
