We had a great room with a beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The receptionist spoke English well.
The sauna was nice and had a pleasing Roman theme.
We visited in September. There are a lot of great hiking trails. An unlimited lift pass was included in the room price! You need to walk uphill to reach the lifts though.

I booked a short stay there for a few days of skiing before Christmas. There are absolutely no complaints. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms and sauna were excellent, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and varied, the location was just a 5-minute walk from the ski lift, the on-site ski dome was legendary... and for the pre-Christmas period, the price was quite reasonable... Highly recommended.

Rooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated, great views across the valley, friendly and helpful owners and staff, good breakfast selection, central location and easy car parking - pretty much perfect!

Great room and spa. The check in staff had great English and went above and beyond to give us an orientation to the resort complex.
The breakfast was superb with great food, a very nice dining area and charming friendly staff.
We really liked having the pizza shop right outside the door as well.
