Front desk spoke limited English. Breakfast was wonderful. Not very helpful with special requests. Felt like you were inconvenience them.

Cozy and welcoming, great breakfast and nice spa for relaxing your muscles after skiing all day.
Location is a bit off-center (less than 10min walk to Silvrettabahn), but you can ski directly to the hotel when going back to Ischgl.

Beautiful hotel but sadly the service was not good and our room had a view on a wall....just 2/3 meters from the window.
The staff is not smiling and forgot to give us the code to enter the hotel by night....
