We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The location is great, you can easily walk to the lifts in Saalbach (or get the ski bus if you're feeling lazy). The food was good, the buffet in the morning was a particular highlight and a perfect way to prepare for a day on the slopes. The staff were all lovely and friendly and we really thought they went the extra mile to ensure we had a nice stay. We will definitely come back.

Excellent hotel all is perfect: rooms, staff Sauna, ski room, parking , also Ski Bus nearby, enjoyable fresh breakfast and amazing dinners, the talented host prepares delicate mediterranen creations a la carte surpassing the finest Restaurants in town by far. We just love this hotel!

Me and my three sons spent a week in Hotel Mulk. I'd like to share my impressions and great experience with other guests, who are choosing hotel for their holiday. Starting from the booking, i felt that the hotel staff was caring about us.A wonderful girl Kristel helped me to make the right choice.As i found out later, she previously worked in luxury hotels in London & Dubai,which explains high level of her professionalism. When we arrived at the hotel, it totally lived up to the reviews from previous guest.Everything looked exactly the same as it was described.I deal with design professionally , and i can confirm that Mulk is comfortable and beautiful. I love skiing and frequently come to Austrian hotels.Breakfast in this one was absolutely amazing,both in terms of range of dishes and the quality of service, and the same refers to dinner. I'm also very thankful to the hotel personnel for detail of explanations of the specifics of skiing slopes in Saalbach Hinterglemm . In the era of post truth, i feel it absolutely necessary ton express my gratitude to the hotel personnel for our awesome holiday and reply to Michelle's feedback. Terry

I was in hotel mulk with a big group! The food was good, the sauna is amazing and the rooms are perfect. I truly recommend this hotel
Its a 900m walk to the ski lift, but if you prefer a bus you can catch it close to the hotel.

A truly fantastic stay because of fun and friendly staff with modern amenities. The breakfast was also great and the rooms nice for a comfy sleep. Only thing to be aware of is that it's a 15 minute walk to the piste, but they have busses that stop outside to the main station.

Very welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff, happy to meet any requests for food/drink which was greatly appreciated ☺️ Rooms very clean, fresh towels every morning. 2 minute walk from ski bus, locker room at the hotel. Highly recommend ⭐️

Just spent a week at Mulk. We were so well looked after by Chris, Julia and all their super friendly staff. They do customer service sooo well. The rooms are great, finished to a fabulous spec. Spacious, heated floors, great bathrooms, just what you need after a days skiing. Thank you all for a great week. And not forgetting the marmite and peanut butter for my toast!

Reasonably priced for the area, with well-sized and warm rooms. Bathrooms are generously sized as well and have underfloor heating. There was no lack of hot water or water pressure during our stay in eatly 2019. At the time of our visit the hotel seemed recently renovated.

There is a ski room in the basement where ski/snowboard equipment can be safely stored in lockers free of charge. The lockers come with boot-warmers which was quite nice.

The hotel has a restaurant offering breakfast and dinner. The food is of average quality - nothing spectacular, maybe a bit dull but absolutely OK in terms of quality. The restaurant itself was clean but was quite boring in terms of atmosphere. The staff was nice and helpful but clearly not professional.

The hotel's location is OK, but not perfect as one would have to walk for about 10-15 min to the town centre - where one of the main cable car stations is. The journey can be considerably longer if wearing ski boots. On a more positive note, there is a bus stop which is very close to the hotel. If you are in a possession of a valid ski pass, the bus is free of charge. The last bus I think was around 5:00-5:30pm, but this can be checked withy the driver or at the main station.
