Especially we would like to thank to the Slovak waiter Miky Bodas for his great services! Each evening we were looking forward to meet him because of his sence of humor and his wilines. Hi put our stay in hotel Royer to another level!
The hotel have a very high service level, with most of the workers trying to do their best. We had one issue with a bar waiter where we was trying to order a drink, and before we could even say that, he responded "I don't have time" in a semi rude way. Not super nice. Thankfully 5 minutes after an other waiter came straight up and asked if I needed a drink (I think he spotted I was not satisfied) and brought I'd to me very fast.
Their food is very great. They also are good to celebrate birthdays in the restaurant!
The rooms was good, but it was 25C+ pretty much all the days we were there, and there was no aircondition, so it was really hot sleeping.
The hotel is very close to the lift up the mountain, where there is lot of activities to do.
Their pool facilities are very good, lots of space, and not super overcrowded.
Can recommend this hotel.
The staff in whole hotel is nice,and in restaurant on high level.
Meal is very variety and tasty. With vegetarian option,or lactose free option. Also with plenty of healthy food style.
Rooms are big,(for us to much heated.)
All hotel is clean.
There is big heated ski room and also big parking.
You can use table tenis for a free,also saunas and public swimming pools.
Its close to a slope,in snowboard boots its fine walk for 10minutes, for skier hotel offer ski shuttle bus ;)
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
Not sure name, blond lady that was not wearing local outfit.
We had a sad situation, our kid’s skis were taken by accident by some other person, so big drama for 5 years old. After 5 days of waiting, I approached the receptionist to ask if they contacted the person (it was well known from the beginning who took them) and she had no news for me. So suddenly, her manager appeared from behind, interrupting me in many occasions, irritated, out of the line that eventually brushed me off and mutter something in her language that I could say wasn’t any nice.
Really hope hotel will take some actions on the situation.
