Extremely Disappointing Service! I enquired here for a wedding venue and I had no reply to my email. I then followed up and was told the lady in charge of weddings, Gerti, would contact me Friday. I had received nothing from her on Friday afternoon so telephoned to talk to her. The lady who answered asked why I wanted to talk to her and I mentioned I had a wedding Enquiry, she repeated this and then in the background I heard a women's voice declining to speak to me. The lady who answered was then forced to tell me Gerti did not want to speak to me cos she was fully booked for weddings. I asked for alternative dates and was told no they are fully booked forever, which I highly doubt, unless they are closing down! This is completely unacceptable, not what I expect of a 4 star establishment, not even being giving the time of day to reply and say no we are full 2020, would you consider 2021?
I have worked in the wedding industry for a number of years and my job entails helping couples find their dream venue, I can certainly say I will not be sending any couples to this venue, awful customer service, particular during such an exciting time for couples, this venue has clearly lost the magic of what weddings are about!
