Nice place, though given the great choices in Sölden not among the top

Fantastic location right in the centre of town. Close to the main gondola and plenty of ski hire next to it. The hotel has a wonderful calm, friendly atmosphere and smelt amazing! The hotel staff couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. House keeping was fantastic providing us fresh towels and robes daily. The gym is practically untouched. Some amazing gear in there! The spa we absolutely got our moneys worth. A lovely little touch providing flavoured water, fresh fruit and a selection of nuts. This absolutely is a 5 star rating but it would have been even better if the rooms had a fridge, basic tea, coffee and water station. We booked a double room but got given two single beds pushed together with two quilts. One of the beds were super comfy, the other was not. That’s the only constructive advice I could give. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to Solden and absolutely would stay here again

A great hotel in a great location. The booking and communication between the hotel and myself was very good and the hotel app was very informative and helpful . Check in and check out was prompt. The bar and restaurant was a beautiful setting and a great choice offered. The ski facilities in the basement and shuttle service were a great feature.

Positives - Easy to find. Possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Good covered parking. Reasonable breakfast. Fast WiFi. Absolutely fantastic food in the Alpine restaurant with a melt in the mouth, perfectly cooked large fillet steak. Spotless tableware. Huge room with bathroom and seperate toilet, large living space and seperated bed area. Lots of storage space. Nice view from the balcony. Friendly and courteous staff.

Negatives - Some of the woodwork, decor and carpets were looking a bit tired, but then again the rigors of the ski season probably account for that. A ceiling light bulb wasn't working. The shaving mirror bracket was broken. Shower over bath rather than seperate.

Great location for skiing in Sölden, located right near the down pist, nearest gondola is about 200 meters. Shuttle organized daily from 8:30 to 11 am. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and warm. SPA is really amazing, one of the best I visited, thoughtfully designed, very well maintained, all kind of sauna, recreation zone, drinks and snacks. Personally I was spending minimum 3hrs daily in SPA. Breakfast is really delicious: good choice, everything tasteful. Maybe little disturbance for someone who likes to wake - up late. The place located near the Church which ring the bell every day at 6 am. In general great value for this price. Definitely recommend

The bar, breakfast area, gym, and communal spaces were all stunning, with a beautiful spa (note: swimwear is not allowed, which is common in Austria). The only downside was that the rooms felt slightly dated, but since we spent so little time in them due to skiing, eating, and drinking, it didn't affect our overall experience. Georg at the bar was fantastic, and his cocktails were absolutely incredible! A real bonus was being able to pick up the ski pass directly at reception, saving us a walk to the ski lift and avoiding any queues. Overall, great value for money, and we'd definitely return!

A couple of ex-pat colleagues and I spent a fantastic summer weekend in and around Sölden at this wonderful hotel. The staff were helpful and super friendly. They even gave me a special birthday treat. The location was handy to everything, including a bus stop for our travels further afield. We parked at the hotel for free and just walked everywhere. The hotel rooms were quiet and clean. The restaurant food was delicious! The wellness area looked amazing but we didn’t get to use it unfortunately because it’s only open in afternoons and evenings. (NB it’s clothes optional). If you stay in summer you get a Sommer Card which gives you free access to all of the lifts and gondolas and public transport. Amazing value! I’ll be back!!
