When the bill arrived, it turned out those prices applied only to the main dish. We were additionally charged €5 per salad plate and €5 per scoop of ice cream. This was never clearly explained.
We only put a few leaves of salad on each plate because we thought it was included in the fixed menu — we did not “fill” the plates. The same with the ice cream. If we had known these were charged separately, we could very easily have avoided €10 simply by putting two salads on one plate and ordering two ice creams instead of four. The total amount of food would have been exactly the same.
This is not a language misunderstanding. The pricing was not transparent. It seems like a deliberate way to increase the bill.
We had the unfortunate experience of our rear bed frame snapping in the middle of the night. The next day after returning from skiing, the bed was fully repaired even without us reporting it, so service gets 5 stars.

The food is always served plentiful and well-made.
I am Italian and I love to eat pasta in this hotel!
