The Alpenhof never fails to deliver joy and delight. We arrived exhausted and left revived and happy to have chosen to spend Christmas at this fabulous hotel. Every attention to detail was spot on, including carols by the Christmas tree with the Dengg family leading a charming Christmas Eve celebration. Thank you, Dengg family and Alpenhof team.

The location of this family run authentic Austrian hotel is just amazing . The hotel is very beautiful and clean . All the employees are extremely helpful , attentive and friendly at the same time . The Rindererhof has nice spacious and clean rooms, I was a 2 minute walk to the lift, and the dinner buffet was exceptional. If I ski the glacier again I will definitely stay here. Oh, and they have the best service in Austria - they even helped me receive an item I left.

We stayed 5 days as 2 families. It is a really family friendly hotel. Dinner is really good and tasty. There could be more variety for breakfast. The stuff are very friendly and helpful . I spent a week with my family and it was a fantastic time. Everything is great; hotel, location, things to do if you are a kid or an adult and the staff is super friendly. I could not mention one thing to be changed; there are plenty of things to do in the hotel premises or nearby, in summer, winter, rainy or sunny day. It is definelty a place designed for families and a place to return.

Nothing was too much trouble. I had agreed to share a room with a friend. Little did I know what an Austrian twin room was( google it if you don’t know) we had already had a nightmare journey getting to the resort due to plane cancellations and bad weather, only to find that I had to share a bed with my mate. The hotel is showing its age, but it is still worth paying extra to have a beautiful view of the glacier from the window. It is very clean and friendly service. Hotel staff was kind and super friendly. Wellness was beautiful and the whole hotel was clean. It is located right next to a ski bus stop. I had one of the best breakfast here and also the restaurant for dinner was very convenient. Parking place is huge and across the street.

Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed at when going skiing. Location is amazing. The food is great and diverse with many options, and way above average when comparing to the other food you eat in the mountain. The wellness is some of the best I have ever experienced, you have to be naked as of German/Austrian tradition. I can definitely recommend this hotel

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful resort. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed good skiing, great dinners, comfortable rooms and a beautiful spa area with pool. The team at the front desk and in the restaurant and bar were all super helpful and looked after our group in every way. The games area on the lower floor was a perfect way to chill after dinner.

It was our first visit to this hotel. Great hotel and spa, very nice people and beautiful surroundings. The weather was on our side, so we enjoyed skiing on the glacier. We hope to visit these places again next year!

The location is very close to the ski station, and hotel offer free taxi to station anytime. The food is perfect. Also have the pool, sauna, gym. I would say it is 5-Star hotel.

An excellent hotel to spend some days. Very close to the Hintertux glacier, well served by buses to the glacier and to the other station. Spa is beautiful, breakfast and dinner very rich and the service is quick. Our rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful. Nice bar, sauna area is good as well as the swimming pool. The room was large as well as the bathroom. The breakfast is very good as well as the "jausse" and dinner. For children there is a buffet dinner!

We had 10 wonderful days in Alpenjuvel. Our room was large and very clean. Every day at dinner we were spoiled by the kitchen. The service has always been top notch. For 10 days we could start every excursion right from the hotel, there was always something new to explore. 5 Ste Rne come back for more than 5 reasons.

Everything was great: nice hosts, very clean rooms, good and rich breakfast. The hammer was the view: a magnificent view over the valley at breakfast and from the room. Ski room with ski boot heater, where the shoes are really nice and warm the next morning. We'd love to come back

Had visited the Piazza restaurant within the hotel for dinner after being refused by most other hotel run restaurants in the area. Warm and lovely people with good pasta, pizza and burger choices.

The restaurant here is really good and the food is yummy. Reservations are recommended as it can get very busy in the evenings. The food is amazing, go for a steak if you like a nice BBQ. Salmon steak is nice too. That also have kids menu, my 5 year loved their burger, which was the size of her head 😁

Excellent service, warm and welcoming hosts, and a central location. There's a bit of an uphill walk, although the bus stop isn't far. The breakfast is first-class and leaves nothing to be desired. Definitely recommended. And of course, the parking space in the central underground garage is invaluable.

We could see the glacier from our room, what else can you ask for? The owner was super nice and helpful. Rooms are really nice and everything is super clean. They even have dry and wet sauna. Less than a minute drive from the cable cart parking.

There is no restaurant in the hotel itself, but there are many nice restaurants and a couple of supermarkets very close by. The hotel has a very nice spa area and secure room for skis and boots. The first lift is an easy walk.
