Hi,
We recently visited your restaurant for dinner with our two boys, aged 1 and 7. Our youngest was quite hungry and, as is typical at that age, was a bit restless.
During our meal, the waitress approached us and, in a tone loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear, told us that we should show more respect for the other guests. While we understand that we may have been slightly louder than usual because of the baby, we found the way this was addressed quite uncomfortable and inappropriate.
If the restaurant prefers a quieter or adults-only atmosphere, it would be helpful to communicate that clearly in advance.
Just to clarify, we only visited the restaurant and were not guests of the hotel.

Absolutely great service, amazing food especially the Thai Buffet and Meals. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Great place to be in thank you .

The food the below the average. I ordered a mid well done steak and got it rare!! They did not give me a heads up for cash only. When I finished they ask me to go the ATM and leave my mobile with them which I refused. I told them this is your mistake for not warning me when I walked in. I asked them to walk with me to the ATM so I can pay them cash from there and they refused. Then they said the minimum charge they can do by card is €50 while the bill was €34. They said they would call their boss, and I said no call the police. When they called their boss, she said do the payment by card in German with no extra charge!!

The restaurant is great! The food is delicious, we went there couple of times and tried the Wiener schnitzel, spaghetti, something from the daily menu that I cannot even pronounce, but was delicious. Even their burger, which is not traditional on their menu was better than some burger places. Definitely recommend!
