The spa section is amazing for both families and adults only and the team will spoil you like you have not seen before.

For me, the perfect days were to wake up in a clean, wood-original room, have a great breakfast, get to the Skiraum and put on my heated ski boots to hop on the bus and be in the gondola within 15 minutes. After a beautiful day of skiing, I change into a bathing suit, the great robe provided and head down to the spa with a spontaneous Kuchen (daily, home baked cake) or soup on the way, and after a great session in the sauna, steam room, anything you'd like, go back up, change and sit down to a 4 course dinner ready to take you on a regional, culinary journey.

The place is on a great spot - it takes about 5 minutes and you can ski... The atmosphere is buld by the familly - and you can meet them every day during a dinner - thats really spectacular... Basicaly, this is greeat spot for a sport and relax... and the food: you have a dinner at the table, but you can also use the buffet and salat bar...

Perfect for day spa, lunch buffet is included. A lot of (heated) inside and outside pools and a lot of saunas. Staff is friendly as well. Really recommend this place it was definitely worth it and I would come back

The was our 10th time to the Hotel Theresa for a medical meeting. The family environment makes you feel at home. The service and food are impeccable. There isn't anything I would change and there isn't anything that can be made better than it already is.

Awesome place. Family owned with incredibly attentive and friendly staff and a really nice wellness area.
The highlight are the people though. The attention to detail, remembering every little preference and the owners coming to the table in person and the tour/sports guide, Harry, with whom any tour is always fun - really make this place special.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It is so well runned by an extraordinary family and their colleagues. The service is excellent and they think of every little detail, something you hardly experience anywhere else (anymore).

People that say the hotel is outdated, don't understand Austrian culture. The antiquated furniture and design, make the whole place! It is so warm, cozy and welcoming.

We stayed for 10 days with our 3 kids (4, 7 and 9) and we all had the best time! There is so much to do: several heated pools, a spa, chill areas, lots of games, several play areas, inside and outside activities for the whole family, live music at dinner, etc.

And the food is amazing! What we liked most is that there is a lot of healthy food and a menu instead of only buffet. You get to choose your 5 course dinner, every morning at breakfast. Also the kids can join the kids table at 18h or eat with you at 19h. A very varied menu with healthy and vegetarian options (but they do very good meat too ;) Ah and try the Elder Fizz cocktail, its amazing!

The smart thing about the hotel is that everything is divided in smaller areas, so it always feels cozy and personal. Like the restaurant, the pools, the chill areas and even the kids area.

As for location, it is opposite the train station and a 5 min walk to supermarket/centre. The bus stops in front of the hotel and brings you to the gondola in 5-10 minutes.

Very beautiful Family run Hotel! Beautiful Rooms, lovely and delicious Food prepared creatively with local and fresh ingredients, friendly Staff, beautiful Wellness and Facilities : Pools, Garden, Interiors & common areas. The Hotel proposes various daily activities: hikes, bikes, wellness and fitness (yoga, pilates). It’s a great place to relax and have a nice Holiday.

I’m visiting Hotel Theresa on a regular basis for the past 27 years and I have never been disappointed. It is a family run hotel with the warmth and friendliness one hopes to find, but seldom finds but always finds here! And it is an ideal combination of being pampered with wellness, fitness, guided hiking tours and gourmet cuisine. It always provides us with new energy.

In no other hotel have I felt as welcome as in this one! Even if you don't come here every year, you feel like part of the family every time you stay and receive an above average warm welcome. Since childhood, I often come to Teresa with my parents, and we are always delighted. In addition, the food is above average, I have rarely eaten so well and then in such a pleasant and beautiful atmosphere. I can only recommend the hotel 100%, be it a family, a couple or if you want to do something good for yourself!
