Professionals at work! 😀👍 Since our accommodation near the Bräu inn looked rather uninviting for dinner, we walked over to the Bräu. A glance at the outdoor seating area quickly dashed our hopes of finding a free table. However, the efficient waitress quickly found a spot for the three of us. Less than five minutes later, our drinks were on the table! Among them was a delicious house-brewed pilsner. The very tasty meal was served about 20 minutes after our arrival. Considering the restaurant was packed, the service was faster than in some fast-food restaurants. And all this without the waitresses appearing stressed. They were always friendly and professional. Hats off to them!

Had dinner over there with friends, quality of the food is very good but is not much for what you’re paying for, the staff/waiter didn’t ask us for anymore drinks or a dessert, waited like half an hour before asking for the bill. In contrast to the service, they were quite fast with bringing the bill. After this we went to Quattro, on the opposite side of the street, where we got a delicious dessert.

I went for dinner and although the food was nice, it felt like very hostile service considering I was a solo English traveller. I asked for details about the food in English and the waitress simply said she doesn't know and doesn't speak English and she seemed offended by my questions. Simply not good enough compared to the great service I've had in other places in the same area.

1st time for me my hubby 30 years ago. Beautiful hotel,setting and very friendly owner and staff . Especially Marco who made us feel so welcome. Balcony and comfortable bed. Food excellent. Good variety. Can't wait to go back.

This is the 3rd time i have stayed in this family run hotel.
We stay in room 109 (2 adults and 2 large teenagers) which is a great large family room with a smaller 2 bed room off the main double bedded room, with traditional wood walls and ceiling. This room is large with a safe and TV, table etc and several old features left in room.
Great family and always helpful,and very trusting, food great quality and plenty of it.
Also in great location in center of the valley and village so great for going up the valley higher or not far from Innsbruck.
Only possible downside may be that if you have windows open at night traffic noise can be a issue early mornings, but this is a small price to pay for such a great hotel and staff.

An experience no one should miss. The best boiled beef. An outstanding chef. Excellent service. The beer garden is so charming. A visit is a must when in Zell am Ziller. Absolutely outstanding!

Beautiful hotel, the spa area has 3 sauna and other areas to get relaxed. Including drinks, fruits and some creme to get the tired muscles back to normal. Rooms are comfortable. The meals (breakfast, dinner) was quite good and more than enough. We spend 3 nights in this hotel and we can absolutY recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the town. Very clean. Friendly owner and staff. Great breakfast with a huge selection of different types of honey, jams, breads, tea and more.
