The location is good, nearby Praterstern station, which made getting around easy. The facilities are great: good gym, free guest laundry, bike storage/rental and the lobby has a cool co-working vibe. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was big enough and clean but didn't have a separate bathroom (no issue for me). I didn't encounter any maintenance or quality issues. And even though my room faced the road, it was very quiet and overall it was quieter than other hotels I've stayed in recently.
It can be a lively place with lots of young guests. For me, though, it was a great value stay with excellent transport links. I would happily book again.
Cleanliness: Spotless. It's cleaned daily by staff, and they even provide two complimentary bottles of water.
Environment: It's a hybrid, part student accommodation and part hotel. There are lots of entertainment options downstairs. It's right next to the train station, but the soundproofing is incredibly good.
