Hotel Raimundhof in Vienna

Hotel location is good, but the dealing of one maid was so annoying and so bad that I would rate it below 1. He had no respect for guests. I booked room for five days and paid in advance of 2 days.
Upon the third day morning no one was on reception to collect payment. When I came back in evening they shifted my luggage some where behind reception.. when I asked them why did they shifted my luggage as I booked room for 5 days they said you did not Paid for 5 days so we placed your luggage down to reception. Further he said that they have authority to throw away the luggage. When I said don't you have any courtesy to deal international guests they became angry and said to get out of hotel .poor and disgusting behavior I ever saw in my entire life.
Simple not recommended

I stayed at Hotel Raimundhof Vienna 2 nights-1.05-2.05.2024. I showed up at 1pm but was told that it was too early to leave the luggage there and to come back in an hour, i.e. 2pm. I came back at 2.30pm and found 2 maids smoking and said that there is no one at the reception until after 3 p.m. I pressed the bell button on the reception several times and only after about 15 minutes a young man appeared, very nervous that I had disturbed him and said that the accommodation is made after 3 p.m. I waited on a chair for about 20 minutes when the young man told me to come to the reception to check in. After I went up to the room I noticed that there was a lot of mess and took photos and the towels were unwashed and dirty. I took a towel to the reception to see that it was dirty and showed the pictures of the mess in the room, especially the radiator sound. The young man was very nervous and threatened to call the police. I told him I wanted him to call the police and that I would wait in the room for a policeman to come. After 10 minutes, the young man appeared in the room without asking permission, threw the towels on the floor, threatened me and signaled me to leave the room that was already paid for by me. He left the room and I closed the door for fear that he would hit me. He came back several times during the afternoon and knocked violently on the door but I didn't open it because I was afraid he would hit me. I remained until the departure in constant fear for my life, both day and night, so that I could not rest for a moment. I am sending this report to Agoda, through which I made the reservation and to which I will request the cancellation of the next reservation dated 10.05.2024, which is also paid for by me but which I want to renounce for reasons of personal security, as well as to the police in Vienna requesting to investigate the case so that such behavior does not occur again and there are no future threats to the lives of other tourists.

Worst hotel i ever stayed in. Neighbourhood full of homeless people, who are bothering you. Room old and quite dirty. Heater was on max level and couldnt went lower. So i had to sleep with open window, because it was like sauna in the room. Ofcourse dont forget the noise from outside and from drunk neighbours.

Dirty, smelly rooms, old furniture, everything is too old for a three-star hotel. The heating system was turned off in late October, early November so it was really cold during the night. The location is okay and the staff very friendly.

What a nasty place. Room equipped with carpet that probably remembers its first guests. Spider webs in corners. Dusty curtains. Dirty pillowcase and bed sheets. Room looks nothing like the picture. Instead of paintings/photos, you'll get only nails. Different, dirty and uncomfortable bed. Never again. Definitely not 3* hotel. It seems it was recently rebranded (new name is written on paper taped over old metal nameplate). I wonder why... Neighborhood is very loud and quite far from city center.

Staff was nice, rooms weren't cleaned during the stay, very old furnitures furnitures, not really safe location, especially during the night
