The hotel’s location is excellent, and the room was clean.
What impressed me the most was the reception and especially the people.
The receptionists, Alex and Loles, truly saved my first ball. I faced some difficulties, as many tourists do in Vienna, and they showed exceptional involvement and a truly individual approach to every guest.
This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had in the hospitality industry.

To make matters worse, the staff were rude and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Instead of offering assistance or a solution, we were made to feel dismissed, which only added to the frustration.
For the price we paid, the standard was completely unacceptable and the listing is misleading. The accommodation was absolutely not worth the money.
We booked expecting a certain level of quality based on the images and description, but the reality was very different. I would not recommend staying here and would advise others to be cautious when booking.
