Our room was very clean, spacious, and modern. Due to Covid, the hotel doesn't offer a breakfast buffet, so it's served right at the table in the quiet courtyard. We were very pleased with the selection and size. Overall, the location is excellent, surrounded by many attractions, and the room was pleasant and quiet in the evenings. We could even sleep with the windows open, just like at home. We'd be happy to return.

The hotel unilaterally cancelled my booking and, to get rid of me, lied and said they could replace me with a pretty good hotel. In reality, it was a poorly rated hotel, far inferior to my current one. After I questioned them, they said they were powerless to help and unwilling to resolve the check-in issue.
Thankfully, the platform helped coordinate, allowing me to check into the hotel as originally booked late at night. A very disappointing experience.

The location is really great.
It's a great place to go anywhere and the staff are friendly.
The cafe right next door is also delicious and I highly recommend the traditional market near Saigon Rice Noodle House.

Clean, spacious and warm. It was the warmest accommodation in Europe. It was also a huge plus that water was provided free of charge. Breakfast was not necessary. It was a good location for going to downtown Vienna.

I booked a room with a kitchen. However, there were no pots, pans, plates, knives, etc. So there wasn't much point in having a kitchen. However, it was a traditional and historic hotel. It was clean, had lots of sunlight, was spacious, and had two toilets, so it was comfortable for three people to stay. I'd like to stay here again next time I come to Vienna (^^)

This is a wonderful hotel that I would like to use again.
Most of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance.
I stayed there in the winter, but the underfloor heating made it very warm. The water pressure in the shower was good, and hot water always came out. Cleaning was done every day, and water was replenished every day.
The staff were also friendly and helpful. The hotel staff were happy to help me print out the museum tickets, which was very helpful. They also looked after my luggage after I checked out.
I would like to use this hotel again when I stay in Vienna.

The location was very close to both the metro and all the splatz

The location was good, we liked it in general, there was no problem with the cleaning. We can say price performance.
