Nice place, but the service could do with being friendlier and more flexible. We arrived early, and were told 3pm is the earliest we could check in - even though the room may be ready before that. There were lots of people sitting around for an arbitrary 3pm time.
"Cause" work I found myself on the banks of the Danube in Vienna and I stayed for a few days in this hotel. Excellent accommodation, I enjoyed my stay, very good value for money. Advised.
Staying at Ramada Hotel & Suite Vienna I was impressed by the high-standard yet comfortable interior of my room (including a spacious balcony and a bath tub) as well as by the great transport connection. The hotel is located very close to the Floridsdorf metro and train station and can therefore be recommended to anyone doing business or planning on sightseeing along the U6 and all other metro lines. I found the staff and reception desk outstandingly attentive and helpful. The pricing was more than fair. 10/10!
Nice hotel. Larger rooms. nice staffs. Fully equipped like microwave , iron box, wifi etc The shower room is very tiny without door. The water flows outside .
Nice hotel. Everything is fine but I don't like the way they heat the room (air conditioner). I get sinusitis using their heating systems. Enough room on the street to park your car so hotel parking is not needed
Good and clean place! The staff is German style friendly, you have to get used to it, haha ya ya gutentag! The bath room is clean and updated, and hotel has laundry service which gives you access to washer and dryer for 6 Euro, detergent included from front desk . Very convenient. Close to Florisdof tram station, very convenient !
I wanted to put 3.5 stars initially but this is taking integer values. This hotel is "OK". Breakfast is 14 EUR and it is far from amazing. I had to go to the front office to get the soap bottle filled up after three days without it (I assumed it was a daily job for the cleaning service to check the level, but apparently it is on demand...). For a 4-star hotel, it is rather disappointing... Again, it is OK, but not great. Hence the price.
I booked this hotel after reading some good reviews on most platforms for a weekend trip with my mother and my sister.
Unfortunately, we were severely disappointed!
The booking was for a 3 person bedroom, what we got was (initially) a 2 bed room, because there seemed to have been a mistake. Then they simply added a cot/ camp bed to the room.
Of course we were put out, as the cot was small, uncomfortable and squeaky with every movement and noone really wanted to sleep on ot. I have to add, my mother was in her mid-60s, I was 6 month pregnant.
We tried to talk to the staff and the manager to see if any other solution would be available. What they offered was a single room we could get, at full price, of course, we would have to pay.
There was NO concession or serious offer whatsoever from their side, even thought I clearly booked a 3-person room. They were all very unfriendly and arrogant.
To top it off, we were told by the booking agency the next day, that the hotel doesn't want to stay with them any longer, because my mother mentioned bad reviews the previous night. So, we were KICKED OUT, because we complained!
We did find a very nice hotel on short notice, luckily, but this hotel I would not recommend to anyone if you don't like to take whatever they throw at you at face value.

The hotel charges 15 EUR /night for the dog. They gave a dog blanket and a tiny doggie bowl as well (nice gesture).
This year we traveled with our one year old son and our dog.
By the third morning, when our son spent more time on the floor playing, as we were packing to leave, we discovered that he got bug bites all over his body. Also on our way home we noticed that our dog started to scratch and chew on his feet. We never had such an issue with bug bites before, our son and dog spend all their days at home on the living room floor. I was outraged, as the bugs clearly came from the carpet.
I would recommend the hotel to spend the extra 15 EUR/day that they charge for visitors with dogs to be used to properly clean the carpets after visitors with pets, as obviously some travel with pets who might have unwanted pests of their own. When I reported the issue at the reception, they said that they were sorry but that was all.

The hotel is located in a lively Vienna suburb, well connected to public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, spacious and well furnished. Heating and plumbing works great.
