The reception area is small, but all the staff who assisted us during our stay were charming and kind. The room cleaner, in particular, was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room itself was very clean, and we had no complaints during our stay.

Perfect little hotel in a wonderful location in Vienna. Not far from historical sites in Vienna and well within walking distance to all of them. The Naschmarkt is just around the corner and is a must see for wonderful food. There’s also lots of grocery stores right around but the hotel doesn’t have a kitchen, so keep that in mind. They do have a small fridge they are willing to keep some items in for you, just ask the front desk. The room is nice and was cleaned daily. The walls aren’t super thick so you do hear if there are louder people in the hallway but other than that it was quiet.

The service was great, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you would need, except a kettle for making tea. However there were two kettles and many flavour tea packs in the common area, which was very convenient and we used it several times!
