Great place to stay, cozy, very pleasant and comfortable. You have all in one place. Great transportation connection. Place is warm, with nice interior design 👌. 30m from piazza and nice cafes and restaurants. Big Interspar shopping mall is near. Gift on arrival was there and handwritten welcome massage. I will come back for sure 😀

I’ll start by saying that I booked a room and, two days before arrival, I was supposed to receive a form for additional registration. But they forgot about me 🙂

As a result, my friend and I had to wait for an hour in the cold until they finally sent the form, the safe code with the key card, and the room number.

The administration responded to calls and messages very indifferently and without much interest. When we clearly asked them to send the information by email, they kept saying that they had already done so — which was not true.

In the end, after about five calls, we managed to get the key card and enter the room.

Because of the beauty of the room and the very comfortable bathroom and bedroom, I can say that I’m not holding a grudge. However, friends, if you plan to stay at this hotel, be careful: the coat hooks in the corridor near the wardrobe can fall on your head, and in the morning it’s noisy because trash and other things are being taken out in the courtyard.

Overall, I would give it 3.5 or 4 out of 5 stars.

The room is SUPER Big with a bathtub :), the location it would be better to be 4.5Point, not so far (walkable 15mins) to Schonbrunn Palace. But the Key system quite hard to understand, a bit confuse but ok.

A very lovely room, and very conveniently located right next to a market. However, there's apparently a company right next to the room, which is on the ground floor, that starts up its machines at 6 a.m. Sleeping in is out of the question.

It was our first experience in a hotel with this concept of a room immersed in a neighborhood, and I must say we were thrilled to have stayed there. Let's start with the fact that all the instructions we received via email, including parking, were precise. The self-check-in was quick and easy. We loved the idea of ​​living in a multiethnic, lively, yet quiet neighborhood, well-stocked with everything. The market across the street serves good food, and there's an exceptional Parisian-style café nearby. We're already thinking about returning. The room (1207) is spacious, clean, well-soundproofed, and has all the comforts. The bed is comfortable. Organic products are available, including the coffee pods.
