Max Brown Hotel 5th District, part of Sircle Collection in Vienna

Amazing hotel. Very friendly and the staff couldn’t do enough for you! Very accommodating and kind. Also a big shout out to the front desk staff who are super helpful and friendly. Room was on level 5! Room 512 and was spacious and clean! I would have preferred a mini fridge in the room as there isn’t one but everything else is fine, has a very good hairdryer and a powerful and hot shower. Location is around a 40 minute walk to the centre but we preferred this as to you get to see the outskirts, it’s a scenic walk and around 20 minutes into it you come across the Naschmarkt which is worth seeing! Breakfast has all you need, hot drinks, eggs, bacon, breads, cakes, meats, cereals and yogurt etc. bar seemed to open more towards the evening/night. Nearest shop/supermarket is around a 10 minute walk which shuts 8pm and the receptionist can help tell you the directions. Theres also lots of 24 hour vending machine room shops nearby full of alcohol, foods, essentials.

Nice hotel, very spacious and comfortable room when chosing a large room. Location approx. 5 mins away from U-Bahn Station or walk into the town in 25 minutes. Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The only thing that could be improved is a bit of a change of breakfast choice. We stayed for 8 nights and the selection of cold meats and all other foods were always the same.

Staff - Friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast - Exceptional and not to be missed. Plenty of variety whatever your requirements (6.30am-10am)

Rooms - As described, spacious and comfortable. Lovely amenities in the room

Gym/Sauna - Gym is good, small, but ample of equipment for a good workout. Was there 6 days and the only person ever in there (9am-10pm). Same with the sauna and the amenities provided in the sauna area.

Location - 5 minutes from local metro station. Bars and restaurants in the local are were good. 20 minutes walk to Vienna centre which i would recommend as you get to go via Nachmarkt where there are plenty of good bars/food outlets.....also fresh food market.

The staff was very nice and pleasant, they changed for free our room from medium to large since we were with a toddler. Also they invited us for free coffee even though we didn’t stay for breakfast. Rooms are very clean neat and nice. Location is perfect, you need 20min walk or 15min bus to get to the center. All recommendations for this hotel!

The first room we were assigned was tiny and cramped (despite booking the large room) but the staff kindly moved us to a more spacious room on request the following day. Comfortable bedding and the second room had a fabulous walk in rain shower with a view over Vienna's rooftops. There are no coffee facilities provided, would much prefer the barely functional Crosley record player be replaced with a coffee maker. Wine glasses and a bottle opener would be useful additions. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the pool table was a nice touch. A bit too far on foot from the Hauptbahnhof although the neighbourhood is lovely and otherwise well connected with public transport.

We enjoy our Vienna retire with the team, the hotel is very nice and comfortable. The reception presents like a Bar and infact during the evening Is possible to take some drinks and play with the billiard. The rooms are very big and clean. We liked It very much.
It is also near the city center, Just 20 minutes of walk from St. Stephen's Cathedral.

Excellent hotel and definitely where I will be booking again on my next trip to Vienna.

I often stay in Pentahotel Vienna for business and i totally recommend. The hotel is quite chic and friendly. Super professional but also relaxed atmosphere. Comfy bedorroms and clean bathroom. Love to have a drink and play pool after a busy day!
