Na fotografiyah otel predstavlen kak 5-zvyozdochnyy, no eto nepravda. On dazhe ne tyanet na 3 zvezdy, skoree pohozh na hostel. My ostalis ochen nedovolny i ne smogli vernut dengi. Nam prishlos pereehat v drugoy otel.
Three guests were placed in a 2-person room, while two guests were assigned three separate rooms.
This caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. The staff did not handle the check-in properly and lacked attention to detail.
Wir haben für 5 Personen eingecheckt, jedoch wurden die Zimmer falsch zugeteilt.
Drei Personen wurden in ein Zimmer für 2 Personen untergebracht, während zwei Personen auf drei verschiedene Zimmer verteilt wurden.
Dies führte zu unnötiger Verwirrung und Unannehmlichkeiten. Das Personal war nicht aufmerksam und hat den Check
I would mention that maybe a door into shower area as no privacy when showering. Which my son didn’t like being 15yrs old. Breakfast is expensive and cheaper at near by restaurants.
Reception staff very friendly. Would recommend to family and friends and would stay again if in Vienna.
Stay: Late May 2025 (1 night)
Just a few minutes' walk from St. Stephen's Cathedral. The location was very convenient for shopping, restaurants, and museums. Set back from the main street, the surroundings were quiet and peaceful.
The front desk staff were polite and courteous. They provided the necessary assistance while maintaining a respectable distance, which I appreciated.
The room was compact but functional, and the sofa space by the oval window was very comfortable.
However, I found it a bit dusty, which was disappointing, as I found myself sneezing constantly during my stay.
