Hotel breakfast, from 0630, had plenty of choice. Plenty of English spoken by staff, who were friendly. Single room was quite spacious.

This hotel is one of the worst I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. The only positive thing I can mention is the friendly and welcoming staff at the reception — and that’s it.
The room was small, and on top of that, the mattress was extremely soft — you completely sink into it like into a hole. The pillows were old and worn out, with lumps of stuffing in different corners, very uncomfortable. Although the staff tried to help and gave us extra pillows, they were just as old and uncomfortable, with the stuffing unevenly distributed inside.
Because of the mattress, I had terrible back pain, and we spent our vacation suffering, just waiting to finally return home to a normal, comfortable bed.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better hotels nearby in every aspect. Places like this are a disgrace and honestly shouldn’t exist at all.

Location is good. Location very quiet. Dirty duvet stuffed into clean sheets. No slippers, carry your own. Stone cold room welcomes you on the arrival day in winter time.

Nice hotel, beds were comfortable, room was spotless clean and Cosy, staff were very friendly and helpful. 4minute walk to the metro just takes 5mins to get into the centre of vienna. Would stay here again.

The room is cost-effective and is located in an alley. A girl should be careful when returning home late‼ ️The service staff are very nice. 👍🏻👍🏻The room is clean and big enough🤩😎

The best part was the silence of my room and the breakfast was also very good.
The not so good part was that there was no fridge in my room, so I had to put food etc. on the window ledge
Another downside was, that there was no closet in my room .
Cleaning could also have been better.

clean hotel. very accessible to public transport. lagenfeldgasse U4 and U6 Niederhoffestrasse staff are ok with good service. It was very close to some landmarks including Belverdere Palace and Schonbrunn.
