I would not consider this a 4 star hotel. The room we were given was not very clean and had noticable wear and tear. The location was okay and the amenities lacking. We did not feel safe leaving our luggage in a oversized cupboard, that didn't have a key and was easily accessible by anyone who walked in to the hotel. I will not be staying here again.

The front desk staff promised to find a remote to operate the air conditioner. On the third day, after mentioning I would wait in the lobby until they found a remote, they came back fine minutes later and angrily thrust a remote at me. The window fell off its hinges when opened and the sheets were filthy. The Wi-Fi was nearly nonexistent in the lobby, the only place in the hotel where Wi-Fi is available. The hotel is located in district 8, an area with locals say is not safe.

We have been stayed at your hotel for three nights.
We enjoyed our stay at your hotel and we wanted to thank you. All the staff are welcoming, charming , caring and gave us a sense of being at home.

Especially, we want to thank the clerk named Julian who helped us with any problems we had. He explained to us exactly how to get anywhere, all his advices were helpful.
He personally helped us when one of us was not feeling well.

Everything is fine, rooms are just a little small and I've had better breakfast, but other than that, it's been a fine experience.

The stay was fine. The room was clean and modern, though I did miss the homey feeling of my accommodation in Prague. It's very close to the metro which is nice. I wish the shower had a door as to not get water on the floor though.

Our stay there has been an unbelievable experience. Rooms are well fitted and spacious. Food is excellent. Last but not least, the staff is the biggest advantage of that hotel. Receptionists are very friendly and speak English very well. Even the security guard has made our stay more interesting by providing us some entertainment. I really recommend Atlas City Hotel. :)

I just love its location. This hotel helps you find your soul in Vienna. This hotel helps you explore the lovely city of Vienna. The La Prima staff can do all sorts of things like book you a seat in the Mozart concerts in the opera house, they can tell you directions to the best experiences to Vienna. Going to Vienna? Go to La Prima.
