Now, about the InterContinental Vienna. I'm not even going to mention the outdated facilities, tiny rooms, or inconvenient location. What really got to me was the staff – from the service personnel to the room service and the lobby bar – everyone had a cold demeanor, and they even seemed annoyed when I made a purchase. Absolutely no sense of hospitality. The breakfast? Let's just say it was barely passable; a 35-euro standard breakfast felt more like a 3.5-euro experience. It's definitely not suitable for families with children, maybe just barely for tour groups. I rarely leave reviews, but this time, I really want to warn everyone to avoid this place.
