Excellent location! Friendly welcome.

Didn't look for any.

Clean rooms. great breakfast buffet. proximity to the airport

It was conveniently located near the airport. It was the best value for money room, and it wasn't too small, so it was just right for one person. However, the towels were very old. They had been washed well, but they were faded, which is something I've never seen in a hotel before. Other than that, it was a normal hotel with the bare necessities.

We had a lovely stay and even though it is next to the airport we did not hear one plane! Very nice reception.

Rude front desk service and very confrontational. Had communication issues using English so made it difficult to understand. Hotel is older but the positive is it is walking distance to airport. Price is reasonable given the area around the airport. Overall, I would not recommend and agree with other reviews of not feeling welcome.

I booked this room for my son. I was on the phone while he checked in. The man told my son he already gave him his room key when he never received it. He insisted he gave it to my son then said he was going to check the video surveillance to prove he gave him a keycard. Eventually he realized he didn't. I would not recommend and communication skills were very poor. The positive is it is within walking distance of the airport.

The hotel was the most beautiful building I have ever stayed in, both inside and out. It was within walking distance from the airport, but sitting back away from the hustle and bustle of the travelers.

The hotel was exactly what I needed. I had an early flight out of Salzburg airport, and I wanted to return my rental car the day before, walk to the hotel and then walk the morning after back to the airport for my flight. And I did exactly that. I didn't expect the hotel to be so close to the terminal (5-10 minute walk), so it was even more convenient than I expected. Other than that, check-in was a breeze, and the single room was small and adequate. There are no food facilities at the hotel, but I was directed to a restaurant at the airport which was quite decent. The only remark I would have, which is vali to all hotels I stayed in Austria, is that the toilette paper is more like sand-paper, to those who are sensitive to that (like me), and there are no tissues in the room.

Not good
we arrived late at 0.55 AM and the hotel was closed we ring the bell that was on the building
The owner probably came and told us that the hotel closed at 12:00, we didn't know that, after all this is an airport hotel that we thought was always open? He then charged us an extra fee for opening and we didn't get any breakfast when we left. Can't recommend this place!!!
