The hotel is located in the inner city of Salzburg, but in a less frequented area. Average rooms. Prices are high, but unfortunately the whole of Salzburg is very expensive in terms of accommodation. The breakfast is very generous, with an excellent selection and friendly staff. Upon arrival, we found out that we could park for free in the hotel courtyard at the back. This was very nice. As a bonus, we received a free Salzburg travel pass for two days for two people for public transportation. This was even nicer. All in all, we were very satisfied with the hotel.

Wonderful staff all day along with spacious rooms and all available amenities. Less than 10 minutes from the city center via the tram and the tram station is just in front of the hotel.

Room was clean but the whole building is a bit old and could do with renovations. Located about 20 min walk to old town so not too bad

We needed to book a hotel room for 2 weeks on a short notice in October, and this hotel had availability. The room was very spacious, clean and had plenty storage for 2 people with suitcases. I also liked the bathroom, which had shower and tub - rarely seen any more. I picked this hotel for to the location right by the bus stop for getting to downtown (3 stops later). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is an extra fee, but well worth it. They had a very generous spread of ham, cheese, fish, yogurts, fruit, cakes, snd bread variety. And the staff cooked eggs for each customer on demand. My husband had his birthday during our stay, and they celebrated with a cake and sparkling candle. There is a romantic Italian restaurant on the premises, which was not bad, either. All in all, a lovely place for a reasonable rate!

The front reception staff were wonderful check in and out was a breeze. Very welcoming. The room was quite comfortable and we had a great view of the fortress. Stayed in room 306. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Walking distance to Altstadt and Leopold Lake. Nice size room. Windows able to open, albeit on the roadside. Parking (limited) but worked for us. Asked for basic cutlery: received quickly and more items than we asked for. Staff interactions great.

Room is very clean and bed is comfy. It has kitchen and everything for a comfortable stay. Staffs are super friendly. Eli was very helpful and gave us lots of local suggestions.

We stayed in the Air B & B Apartment of the hotel. But the front desk still take care of us like its guest. Especially Ms. Elham, she is so warm-hearted and offered us so many helpful info.

The hotel is very, very close to Bus 5 stops which basically takes you anywhere in Salzburg in no time. Also it is very easy to walk to many sites.

A very nice and convenient place to stay while in Salzburg.

The hotel felt a bit dated, but the friendly staff, decent bed, and convenient bus access with a free voucher made the stay pleasant despite being outside central Salzburg.
