However, the room offers very limited privacy. The shower is visible from the room, and the sink is open and placed directly in front of the bed. The toilet and shower are effectively embedded in the room rather than separated, so there is no full visual or acoustic privacy. There is also little space for luggage, making it impractical if you are travelling with large suitcases. Overall, it feels more like a hostel than a standard hotel, and for friends or colleagues sharing a room the lack of privacy can be uncomfortable.
What I was shocked about was the rude, cold, unhelpful huffy grumpy staff.
Check-in takes a very long time, especially if a que. We were 3rd in line, we waited about 30 mins give or take. They don't recognise ******* bookings. Even though we'd paid they nearly turned us away. They could point out you can check in electronically inside, esp when a que of people..... Not obvious. £10 for parking, be sure to purchase in hotel. Mostly clean. Very comfy bed & good hot water.
