Wonderful hotel that i use year after year. Superbly located 4 miles from innsbruck in the mountains but easily accessible as connected by a suburban tram line that runs every 30 mins in each direction. Close to a cable car to take you on high.
Large and spacious rooms: some have recently been renovated in a modern style while others are traditional and rustic. A superb buffet breakfast is available every morning however no evening meals are served here. Limited opportunities for dining in the village mean that it might be wiser to dine in the city or elsewhere. Evenings in the hotel are quiet. There is no bar, however a fridge where reasonably priced bottled beer, soft drinks etc can be obtained on a self service basis is available In the lounge

Nice view, very friendly staff and close to a tram that can bring you right into Innsbruck. They can also help you with info on Innsbruck and its attractions. Beds however feel like concrete. Very clean room.
Did not provide me with a booking cancelation even though I had a personal tragedy that was out of my control.

The hotel was very accommodating in whatever needs we had. For example after we checked out we had nowhere to put our luggage for a few hours and they let us just keep it in their lobby. The breakfast was included and phenomenal with a set up that was buffet style with a multitude of breads and cheeses and a waitress to get your drinks. The rooms were comfortable with three beds comfortably fitting all of us and a spacious shower. There were also other amenities in the hotel like a pool, sauna, and billiards table.
