Basic Hotel in Innsbruck

The location is very good, right in the old town, you can walk around every day. It's near the Marktplaz bus stop, making it convenient to take the bus to go sightseeing. The day I arrived at the hotel at 10:00, I was able to check in right away, but I got a room on the 1st floor, on the hotel parking lot side, which made it noisy and smelled of cigarettes all the time. I couldn't open the window, but luckily the hotel had air conditioning. Overall, I was impressed. The front desk staff provided very good service. If you stay at the hotel for 2 nights or more, you also get a welcome card.

Service was great - we checked in early and were able to leave our bags before checkin. Staff was super helpful and attentive. And the location was right in town, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room itself was a bit noisy because of the tram outside, but otherwise the facilities and room itself were awesome.

It is not certain that you will have available parking and if it is available it is paid.

Travel to Innsbruck town with families last week and booked this hotel for 2 nights. Arrived early so try our luck for early check in. Receptionist was nice and pretty, she let us check in early since our room was ready. They even provide us the Innsbruck Welcome Card since we spend 2 nights here. Hotel lift was quite small, just fit 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids, along with 2 medium size luggage). Our room is on 3rd floor. Room got two double beds and an indoor balcony with stunning view of the mountains. Balcony got a small round table which perfect for drinking and enjoying the beautiful mountains view. Very comfortable room with all the facilities available. Kids love the room very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, not many choices but its fresh and delicious. Hotel's staff was very kind and help us order what we wanted. When we heading to town, their staff even remind us to take umbrella because the weather is getting dark. Hotel's staff is so careful observation, she notices us stand at wrong side of bus stop, rush out and inform us about it. We really love this Basic Hotel very much. Very Basic and much love. Really recommend this hotel.

Service: The front desk service attitude is very good, and the explanation is very detailed when checking in. Overall good.
Facilities: We stayed on the first floor (the second floor in Chinese). The room was big, the bathroom was big and comfortable, the balcony had a good view of the mountains, and the scenery was great.
Food: Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was average quality. The restaurant is not large.
Overall: The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. If you have children, you can consider it.

The hotel is close to the city and not far from the station going up the mountain. The location is great!

the environment is clean and young, very warm, with a very spacious bathroom. for breakfast you can use a very nice and well-stocked room on the ground floor, with an adjoining kitchen where they prepare eggs on request or anything else. the only discordant thing is the bathroom in the room with the glass wall, which limits privacy a bit if you are not a close-knit couple. However, I would happily return to this establishment, highly recommended
